I usually stay here, as the rooms are clean and the location is easy to get back and forth to the airport. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and roomy. All in all for the area it is a good place to stay and consistent.

The towel shelves in the bathrooms are dangerous. Over the years during various stays I have hit my head on the lower corners of the wooden shelves that extend into the narrow bathroom space. A simple solution would be to saw off the corners which serve no purpose.

Lock on door was not secure, not ok in downtown Guayaquil to not have good locks on door, power went out, it was hot, fridge was unplugged when we arrived so never really got cold enough, furniture was a little uncomfortable, lamp didn't work near bed, faucet in bathroom sink leaked all over counter.

My room had a kitchenette, but the mini fridge was unplugged and they had no plates/cups/cutlery - nothing.

Very close to the airport, hotel organised a pick up for me at 2am - very grateful for that. Very helpful staff, helped me set up my sim and get transport sorted. Big rooms, comfortable beds and decent showers. Decent breakfast

Good hotel close to the airport with everything the nearby Marriott has at a better price. Good air conditioning and they helped us get a SIM card right at the desk.

the pick up was overpriced and they take the same taxi at the airport rank. one of the male staff was very rude - I was just asking for late check out of an hour later he just straight up said no. I tried speaking in Spanish he just tried to ignore me and try to talk to another person and even the person said finish talking to me first before attending to him. he was quite rude.

if you need a hotel nearby the airport it’s a great option. walkable from a major mall about 10 mins you can actually walk to the airport if you don’t have luggage. the beds were comfortable and a/c was great especially if it’s hot and humid outside. the staff were very friendly from reception and breakfast area except for a very rude guy at the reception one night. it’s good for a night stay or two if you need to. breakfast can be improved.

The shuttle was not really a shuttle, but a prepaid taxi and it was a few minutes late picking me up from the airport.

It was exactly what I needed it to be. An inexpensive, very clean, hotel to spend the night between connecting flights. No frills.

The room, the batroom was dirty, the tv hasnt cable, the mirrors were old and damaged. The staff gave us a room in the first floor without security doors i mean we were next to laudry room and parking near outside. I couldnt sleep because Guayaquil is dangerous. The hotel hasnt security guard. So ill never comeback there again.

Super clean, friendly staff, very inexpensive and just a $5 cab ride from the airport just minutes away. Two delicious restaurants just a block away.
