Everything!! Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, amazing views! A very zen spot

There is no elevator

First the staff was great. The front desk is open from 730 am to 10 pm. We were not arriving until almost 1 am in the morning. They arranged to have someone let us in the gate and checked us into our room at 1 am. They went above and beyond. We had 2 rooms with one having a spa. The spa was great and the jets were a plus. The view from our deluxe king room was spectacular. The river was outside and the sounds were so peaceful. The mountainous views were so relaxing. The breakfast was nice and they had fresh juice along with coffee. Staff was great and even held on to our bags for the day as we explored the city. This hotel is a short distance outside of the city but the property is very peaceful and they have a lockable gate that ensures security. They had a trampoline that the kids loved as well.

Nice Personal, good Location in a quiet area and one of the best views in Banos. Especially the hammock on the balcony was wonderful. One of the Most comfortable beds i‘ve slept in.

I stayed for 5 nights and the last two nights they were putting in a new window in the morning next to my room so it was a bit noisy but it made me get up in the morning to start my day. It was really no problem at all though and the new window looks great!!

Everything about this place was amazing! The free breakfast was delicious with options to choose from and fresh juice every day. The view is amazing from the backyard and where you eat breakfast. Bonus for them having a trampoline too because I love those. The staff were wondering and very attentive through whatsapp. Although I don’t speak Spanish we spoke and talked through google translate without a problem. There are buildings being built around it but it wasn’t so noisy from it. The place is a 5-15 min walk from a main road with a lot of food places to choose from. (It’s safe to walk around at night) The hotel has a dinner menu as well which I ate at two times but it was nice to walk and get food at a local spot. A little hilly but kinda expected. I would definitely stay here again.☺️

Nothing to not like. I would stay here agin. Its 2 minutes away from all of the hustle of downtown Banos which is fine with me.

The staff was very accommodating. Extra pillows and toilet paper were not an issue. The views of the river were great and the breakfast room was a delight. They held our bags after check out in the morning with any fuss.

The blinds were quite translucent and a lot of light from the outside entered the room.

Comfortable room with a beautiful view in an amazing property. We started the day with a walk along the garden followed by a delicious breakfast.

The bed was small and too soft for a couple. We got new towels, new toilet paper and new soap on day 2, i wouldn't say that's eco friendly.

Benji locked up for too long. The guests need to get used to home being around.

The room was a bit on the small side and the location is a bit away from the city center. But a $1.50 taxi ride is all it took to get to the city center and back.

Fantastic location by the river and mountains. Wonderful hostess was very attentive to all our needs. Superb breakfast area and breakfast.

There is nothing we didn't like. We loved this place so much that we decided to stay an extra night.

The owner, Myra, upgraded our room upon arrival without charging us extra. She also went out of her way to answer all of our questions and helped with taxis The garden and views of the river and mountain are amazing The breakfast was so varied and delicious The room is spacious and bed very comfortable

Sleeping by the river while being at minutes from the city center is just magical. There are many other options with this kind of installations, but they command a premium price, thus is an incredible price/conform ratio

We absolutely loved it! The hammock in the balcony, the hummingbirds and other colorful birds in the garden, the amazing view, the breakfast, the helpful staff, the location, all amazing! While taking a walk in the garden we also met their lovely dog and fell in love with him. We recommend it!

Had some issues with the hot/cold water in the shower but other than that everything else worked perfectly.

The location was 1.5 miles from downtown Banos. There was no restaurants close by, so you had to get a cab or drive into downtown Banos for dinner. We tried to order food delivered one night, but it took over an hour and of the 4 meals ordered, we only got 3. So we split 3 meals among 4 people.

The room was comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the river. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Breakfast was included and very good. We had our laundry done in house at a reasonable price. Because the location was out of downtown, next to the river, it was very quiet at night. I imagine staying in downtown Banos would be very noisy.
