The staff is so nice they help you with everything and they also organice activities every night so is easy to meet people. The breakfast is good, eggs with bread, butter, jam, juice and coffee. The location is also nice, Baños is not that big.

The hot water in shower room is just warm after 11am. But it's hot in the afternoon. Take early slower.

It's a very social hostel. Staff are very helpful provide tour and activities information and book for you. The here breakfast is tasty with home made jam, juice, milk, banana and toast. The bar open till 11am. Laundry is cheapest I ever seen in hostel, $5 for 5 kg. 3 minutes walk to the thermal. 5 to 20 mins walk to main street for the restaurant.

The staff was quite passive and sometimes rude. It looked like they were understaffed and therefore were unable to help us when we wanted to check in , order food or drinks. Only when we wanted to check out and pay, we were helped with a smile.

The rooms were a little bit small and dense. Not enough bathrooms for the guests.

The hostel was fully booked. Staff was working over and beyond to make sure every guest was satisfied, including myself. Special mention to Rocio, Carlos and Gerardo who were so helpful and nice! I'll definitely will come back to this hostel whenever I'll visit Montevideo again.

The bathrooms in the rooms smelt of drains a lot, which wasn't nice. Top bunks don't have barriers, and my bed was very wobbly. The bathrooms didn't get thoroughly cleaned as there was still shaving stubble in the sink after it had been cleaned

Nice location just out of town so not much street noise. Social area is great, pool table, table tennis and table football etc. Very sociable

The bathroom was dirty in my private room- I had to clean the toilet seat myself, I don't think it got wiped down from the previous guest.

They kept a social atmosphere, with happy hours, beer pong tournament and even free shots one night.

The actual street the hostel was located on felt really unsafe. I saw a few things that made me not feel very comfortable walking alone. Staff gave different information about tours/ bus times to travellers which were incorrect. The washing I got done was not at all clean

Beds were clean and comfy and the included breakfast was really great. Hiring bikes at the hostel and booking trips was easy. I really liked how the common area had all the movies for the tv.

Rooms could get a bit warm so a fan option would of been convenient but otherwise a great accommodation option.

Staff were excellent and rooms were quite big for a hostel. TV had netflix and Prime capabilities so that was a bonus and the Bar/restaurant was very reasonably priced. For a small kitchen the food was excellent.

$10 deposit for towels and key but they is obviously a reason for this. Communal kitchen was hard to find, had to ask twice where it was. We ate dinner out and brought some food back to have for lunch the following day. We put the food in the communal fridge in the kitchen but someone had taken it the following day. When talking to a couple in the hostal the same thing had happen with their food. This is not the responsibility of the hostel to protect food in a communal fridge but it was a shame that this happened at least twice in 24 hours.

Great location, secure. Several friendly cats roaming around. Entrance is by a locked door that you press the door bell for the gate to be unlocked. Nice simple breakfast of tea/coffee, & juice. Eggs, homemade bread and fruit. Huge bed and private bathroom in the private room. There is a kitchen to make your own food and also a reception room with tables and chairs, sofas, bar and small restaurant and pool table so a nice combo of do it yourself or cheap bar/restaurant. Comfy hammocks outside to relax in and a huge free car park, again behind a big secure gate.
