The staff is so nice they help you with everything and they also organice activities every night so is easy to meet people. The breakfast is good, eggs with bread, butter, jam, juice and coffee. The location is also nice, Baños is not that big.

Everything was ok! Great place

It was a holiday and they were no room available in town. Booking had shown bed available when the hostel was full. When I arrived I thought I will have to move to another city, but the staff prepared me a bed and was super sweet 🙏🏼. The place is fun, food is good and they give good advices, I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks a lot.

The facilities are really stunning. The staff is always willing to help. They have activities to socialize with other guests and the breakfast is good enough to start with your day.

Really great hostel and very social. Staff are very useful and can book lots of activities through the hostel. Highly recommend if coming to Banos

My dorm was a little run down but not too bad

The reception is a bar which have pool ping pong and so much more Great vibes good sweets and the whole bar is great There is laundry which is cheap and good Great great stay

The rooms didn’t have like air inside them and they are a bit small but not to much

It's a very social hostel. Staff are very helpful provide tour and activities information and book for you. The here breakfast is tasty with home made jam, juice, milk, banana and toast. The bar open till 11am. Laundry is cheapest I ever seen in hostel, $5 for 5 kg. 3 minutes walk to the thermal. 5 to 20 mins walk to main street for the restaurant.

The hot water in shower room is just warm after 11am. But it's hot in the afternoon. Take early slower.

Everything was good. The dorms were clean and comfy with good bathrooms and hit water. The communal areas were great also, hammocks, relaxing chairs, dining tables, kitchen.. The breakfast was simple but good and very acceptable for an included breakfast. Tours were cheap and easy to book from the reception. Very social atmosphere without being party and loud. Highly recommend.

Very nice hostel. The communal area is lovely with lots of games and a nice bar. The room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was quite passive and sometimes rude. It looked like they were understaffed and therefore were unable to help us when we wanted to check in , order food or drinks. Only when we wanted to check out and pay, we were helped with a smile.

Recommended 100% amazing staff, facilities, location. Sebastian and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable (it was so comfortable in fact that I have extended my stay multiple times). They helped with all tour reservations, changes etc. Rooms are cleaned daily, hostel has daily themed nights. A stone’s throw away from town centre and termas

Very social. Free family dinner from Monday to Wednesday. There are food and drink deals every day. Beds are comfy, staff are nice and super helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

The only downfall is the water takes ages to warm up.

Very nice and social communal space. Breakfast is good and if you are lucky enough to be there between a monday and wednesday, they also offer free dinner. The pesto pasta was yummy! Really helpful and friendly staff who gave great day trip tips :)

Curtains in bunk beds would be a nice touch.

I really liked the staff of the hostel. Sebastian was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome at the hostel. He made sure that we had not only a good stay at the Hostal, but in Banos by providing us with a large selection of activities we could do. Highly recommend.

Cute place with a garden and friendliy staff! Great to meet other people
