We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandWe're two cyclists and spent two nights here. If you're in Amabato it's the perfect place to stay. We could take the bikes inside. It's close to the centre, all rooms are clean and you can prepare your own meals in the kitchen. It has a warm shower and the owners are very friendly and can give you good recommendations about the area. So we can totally recommend this place.

ArgentinaThe place itself has potential but it needs investment. My main issue is the lack of freedom. They won't give you a key, and you will easily get locked away from your room if you get distracted for a second, then you'll have to bother the staff to get in again. You can't come in after midnight, so it basically isn't a hotel, you're paying to stay at someone's house and you have to check in with them every time, every time you have to come and go you will have to bother someone. That felt incredibly annoying to me. They offer a kitchen but there's nothing there, just a few pots that happened to be used and or dirty. No fridge. I'm rating it a 6 because in the end I've had a few requests and they've been polite and accommodating, otherwise it'd be less. I'm amazed at the 9.4 rating as of today. At this price level it should be in the 7 point something area. Apparently they charge extra if you need to leave your bags in an unused room they have.
The staff was accommodating. They held my bag for free although in theory they charged 2 usd to keep the bags in a spare room.

United KingdomJust the fact that every time in order to get out you need to call staff to open the door which is locked with two padlocks, that's very time consuming and it doesn't feel like you have a lot of freedom. The kitchen isn't equipped at all, again, you need to ask for catering, cups, plates etc. which can be frustrating. The shower doesn't have hot water, it's just barely warm WiFi is very weak especially inside the room
