The toilet paper dispenser did not work - so I had to use my own I brought that up and the one light not working- with them but they didn't address it

Absolutely everything. Room: I got the room with the jacuzzi and the view and they did not disappoint. The room was spacious and the view of the waterfall was breathtaking. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast buffet was fresh and the cooks were friendly and welcoming every morning. They really make sure you feel at home by giving you that homie feeling. Staff: the hotel is run by a family and Carla, our receptionist, was beyond helpful. She was friendly, caring and cheerful. Her husband, Juan, was also great and they both showed us tips of what to do for activities and where to go for restaurants etc. I cannot stress enough of how incredibly safe and grateful I felt just to have them there every morning to greet us and chat with us like we are old friends. It was the best stay of my traveling experiences.

A beautiful hotel adorned with colorful paintings created by the owner. The upkeep is impeccable, and it offers a great breakfast alongside a stunning view of the cascade. The owners are lovely people. A true gem.

The view from our room was lovely. Waking up to the waterfall just outside the window was amazing. We also enjoyed the option of the hot tub in the room. We stayed here on our final night in Ecuador and we were so thankful for the spacious room as we repacked our bags.

Excellent stay! It appeared to be beyond my expectations as it was a last minute booking when I saw a promotion on this stay. Amazing hotel! Huge clean and bright rooms! Amazing view of Baños ! Big jacuzzi in a room! Hot water, good wifi, warm temperatures in the room! Hot springs are just 2 minutes walk. 3 min to the center and all restaurants and shops. Delicious breakfast and great customer service! Thank you so much for making my stay so comfortable, as it was the last day of my 2-weeks solo trip in Ecuador, and I didn’t expect such a luxury accommodation for the cost that I paid. Great value! I will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful staff. We had to leave early in the morning, and they were thoughtful enough to prepare breakfast for us before the other hotel guests. We needed a late check-out, and they kindly allowed us to shower before hitting the road. Truly speechless. A magical place with an amazing team.

Hotel De Mi Pueblo is a WONDERFUL place to stay if you’re visiting Baños. The staff is lovely, the breakfast is fantastic, you can park right out front, the rooms are clean and bright, there are tremendous views from the shared balconies, and there’s a cute dog and a cute bunny living there.

Carla, the manager, was very helpful with information and services.

The location was perfect for us to be able to walk into the town square, to restaurants, to the hot springs, to meet up for our tours. The bungalow private rooms on the rooftop were AMAZING! Open air windows with views of the waterfall and mountain valley. Breakfast was simple but nice with eggs made to order, yogurt, granola, fruit and breads. Filtered water was provided and beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. Very lovely stay!

The beds were hard and the water pressure made it take hours to fill up the tub
