we stayed in a room 1003, the view from the room was amazing. we enjoyed the view every morning and night. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Shower has a good pressure with hot water. The location was nice, street in front gets busy in rush hours but it gets quiet after 8pm. There was a laundry room with two washers and two dryers in the building for free of charge so it was very helpful because we got some dirty clothes from the hikes in rain .It locates in a safe area and there are many good restaurants and supermarkets within 5 -10mins walking distance. We walked around late at night a couple of times and never felt unsafe. We'll stay here again for sure next time we come back.

Good place to stay. Staff is very nice, place is clean and location is good. only issue is the staff not speak English. They asked cash pay ,when I arrived. I forget I already Zelle the $ to them at time booking . I double paid. I asked $ back , hoping they will send $ back to me soon.

Parking sometimes I have found other cars on the place allocated and I have to find a place where to park on the evenings no a bit deal but a communication would be great.

Place tidy clean and cosy has everything that you need, , very close to the centre city. Great view from the rooftop. Nice location restaurants and bars very close by. Great communication with the host quickly response for any querie. I would recommend definitely and I will come back. Thanks to be amazing hosts.

The other apartment that is for use by Olympus Apartments had a dog that barked throughout the night. Apparently it's not allowed to have pets there in the first place. Luckily it was quickly resolved. Also, the gym is most perhaps under construction, but the area they use for now is very bare bones and only has one (broken) machine. It's not worth mentioning and you're better off going for a workout somewhere else.

This was my third time staying at Olympus Apartments and it was yet again excellent! Great apartment with all the necessities, super clean, free fruit and water. The communication with host is always easy and fast. If I come to Quito for another time, I will be coming back to Olympus for sure.

Staff / hosts are excellent. Quick to respond and very helpful. I really appreciated the taxi that they organised me to and from the airport. I always felt safe and informed of all the details. The apartment is very spacious and well decorated with all the essentials. The location, while not in the old center, is very peaceful and close enough to access by a quick taxi ride. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. I enjoyed my time in Quito and would come back to stay in Olympus Apartments!

As on a major round about, lots of traffic noise, late at night and early morning, ear plugs alleviated this.

Location was good; easy to find and navigate to. SuperMaxi (supermarket) in walkable distance. Nice size apartment with washer/dryer and kitchen. Access to streaming TV like Netflix. Great view of the city and mountains! Secure building.

Aside from a very firm bed, there was a bit of partying going on in another building -- so if you want total peace and quiet, keep that in mind. It is in the middle of a giant city, though, so is it really quiet anywhere? I can't say anything else that I didn't like, though. This was mostly a very positive stay.

Location was pretty ideal for Quito. A lot of great restaurants are within walking distance (5-10 minutes). Fernanda was great at managing our stay, and was extremely attentive to our needs. She even gave us a brief Spanish lesson on the way back to the airport! For the price, this is a pretty ideal spot.

It's a wonderful apartament! Very confortable, clean and well located. It has everything we needed for a perfect stay. There was an amazing view of the mountains and great balcony.The owner Jorge was super friendly and gave us a lot of valueble information. Higly recommended!
