I arrived around 6 pm on a Sunday. I was expecting to check in through the cafeteria at the ground floor of the building (as mentioned by the management) but it was closed so I had to figure out with the watchman how to get the keys. Not a big deal but it was the only inconvenience.

Probably the only thing I didn’t like was that there was no kettle however I am nitpicking as I can’t think of anything else.

The property was perfect location amongst many shops and amazing size for our family needs. The rooms were spacious and facilities were just what we needed. It had the comforts of being at home whilst also catering to our needs.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The vibes are great. The layout is minimalist and comfortable, and the location is perfect. Breakfast is very tasteful and is also included. I would come back next time.

It was a little bit under equipped, tiny things which you expect in such a nice apartment, for example: no tea spoons or bigger cups.

The apartments are cold even for a relative mild city like Quito. Also pretty much all the apartments offered have really bad views, just overlooking other close-by apartments (like in the attached pic) or with windows to the hallway. This particular 1 bed apartment had the bedroom's window towards a walled-up common staircase, so it felt like sleeping in a basement. Plus the light of the staircase was flooding the bedroom every time someone would walk-by, even when it had a black-out curtain. Another rented apartment has the "mountain view" trait, but you could see the mountain just from the walled up patio if you really stretched your body, the windows themselves were just towards the interior of the building. Also the apartments are also very noisy, you can totally hear all the noises from the street even when no window would actually face the street. And the elevator was making some random noises every 15 minutes (sounded like the doors were trying to open and close) for all the night. Plus the apartment listed having a washing machine but it wasn't in the apartment itself but rather on a common washing room. I could go on with things not working, broken lamps, etc. And the lights... pretty much all the lights were cold blue, it really made it feel like it was a basement. The place was somewhat cheaper than alternatives around but it should have been much cheaper.

There is no heater, but that is normal in the country. It was hard for me. I wish I had more blankets.

Even though I arrived late, the security guard waited for me to come. It was great.

There was noise in the hallway, the air system made a noise. The apartment has no windows to the outside. There are 2 TV's, but none has a connection to channels.

Location for us perfect. The breakfast was good.

Located in a very busy avenue, extremely noisy. Even though the electricity cuts are announced ahead of time, there isn’t any alternative to shower or use the kitchen facilities. The cleaners have a small generator but there isn’t any solution for the guests. We couldn’t have breakfast as they weren’t open when they said breakfast is available at 8:30 am.
