Friendly helpful staff, able to store bags after check out until later that day. Room was clean, hotel was quiet, breakfast was good- eggs with bread, fruit and coffee. Close to town but on a quiet street.

There was no heat, so it was chilly. There was some sort of youth conference gping on, so it was very noisy. Might not normally be that way.

Everything was very new, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Great, central location.

Not that it bothered me as I arrived late and left early but my room’s windows were pointed to the building inside patio and there was a limited light coming in. Again not a problem for me but I recommend checking the room description as I have missed that.

It exceeded the standard I expected in a ‘not-so-big’ town. Staff was amazing and helpful, everything was clean and tidy. The location was excellent for those travelling by bus as the main bus station (terminal) is only a short walk away. The location was quiet and I felt safe.

The owner immediately came out to greet us and offered to park our car. He was very accommodating and helpful. It's not often that an owner is present in a hotel setting, which was very welcoming.

Bathroom slightly outdated. Accomodation said a hairdryer was available but it wasn't.

Staff very friendly and helpful with regards to booking taxis and luggage storage. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious and clean. Had a desk which was very useful. Bed super comfy.

I loved the location and the hotel itself. The room was large and the bed very comortable. Good breakfast. But the 10 goes to Ronnie and Alexandra, who went the extra mile to find a private transportation to Cuenca for me. Very nice people.

It’s nothing special but it did the job. We stayed here to get to Quilatoa to do the 1 day hike around the lake. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel all day and take a bus in the evening once we returned

The place is very quiet and I got a room with view to a street, but there was little noise. The breakfast was very good and it was nicely done. The staff and the hotel manager were extremely friendly and did everything to make my stay a peasant one. They helped me a lot when I fell ill, The always organised a taxi. From the hotel I could reach important places near by in the city and farther way very quickly. I thank them a lot.

Nothing to note

The property was centrally located in Latacunga, and felt safe and secure. My room was very clean, although a bit sterile - it reminded me of an airport hotel. Very good wifi, however, which allowed me to take some work calls. Breakfast was included, and it was a full buffet spread.
