amazing views, great food, nice ambient

The hotel was lovely, it could not be in a more beautiful location! My daughter loved all the aspects of the farm, feeding the animals and the playground. I loved the fire stove in our room to keep us warm. I relaxed by the big fire in the dining room and it was so relaxing. Dinner was delicious and the staff super accommodating.

There was nothing we did not like, the hotel was a little off the beaten path, not super easy to get to and a little further from the park than we anticipated, but we loved our stay and would stay there again.

The hacienda is a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The breakfasts and dinners were awesome. Sebadtian and Victor are wonderful cooks and do whatever you need to feel comfortable. Since it is a working dairy farm feeding the baby cows was fun.

The water in the shower is extremely hot and difficult to regulate

Amazing property with awesome staff. We had the opportunity to meet the owners and they were very kind and welcoming.

The property is tucked in, which is the great part as far as views and the stay, but it was tricky to navigate at night. It’s a dirt road part of the way and cobblestone another. However, the staff was like family. They were so generous in allowing us to have an extra late checkout as a result of a disaster rental car experience (no fault of the Hacienda). The food was so fresh and delicious, and our children loved all the farm animals and horseback riding. The views are incredible, and it’s so peaceful. I absolutely would recommend staying here.

As mentioned, the drive was a little tricky at night but even our sedan made it just fine.

Excellent staff. They cooked a beautiful meal for us while we sat in front of the fire. The. Drinks were great too. So happy with this hacienda!

Large room clean and quiet. The Dining room has a large fireplace and comfortable chairs. The food is delicious. There are walks around the farm and horse riding. Great views of the volcanos. The owners could not have been more welcoming and hospitable.

Stunning location and beautiful grounds. Spacious and clean rooms and it was great that we could bring our dog. the staff were very helpful with advice about activities and the food was tasty.

some of the rooms are very close to each other so you can hear and see other guests.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Everything was perfect. The lodge is in a beautiful location, view over the volcanoes. Rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. Food served at the restaurant is so good. Particular thanks to Victor from the staff who is very welcoming and helpful. You can ask him anything and he will make sure to help you.

A little far out if you dont have your own car

Very friendly stuff, great Location to go to Cotopaxi (and they help you organise everything - I was twice horseriding & once hiking - I can recommend both a lot!), really good food, nice ambiente! All in all perfect! I would defenitely go again!

The property is pretty. The playground and restaurant are nice.

The room was small, low water pressure. No hair dryer.

I came from Guayaquil and la hacienda was everything I wanted for relaxing. The staff was 100%.

The road was not in a good shape.
