How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We loved this hotel.
This is a gorgeous hotel very near to the Quito Airport. The facilities are top-notch, including gym, swimming pool and lovely restaurant. We were able to stay for a midday rest between flights. The rooms were extremely comfortable! All the staff were highly professional and helpful.

Wonderful hotel. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were fantastic, room was lovely- so clean and comfy. Breakfast so much choice and delicious. Pool looked fabulous. Shuttle to airport, brilliant.

My favorite airport hotel, anywhere. Spotless, spacious, and conveniently located with easy airport pickup and drop off on their free shuttle. Buffet breakfast is top notch, and the staff could not be more efficient and welcoming! I have stayed here more than once, and it is my go-to airport hotel. Good value, too! Manuel at the Front Desk assisted me with getting my boarding pass for a next day flight when I was unable to get it on my own.

Nothing to not like. If you plan on visiting the city, then you will be better served by a hotel in the city itself rather than one this close to the airport. That said it’s very easy to get a taxi to the city and back.
Very new hotel, super close to the airport and with a convenient shuttle. All the staff were fantastic and super friendly.

The staff, ease of pick up at the airport in the professional shuttle, the beauty of the hotel, and the amenities like the pool, workout room, ping pong table, and gorgeous outdoor area. The rooms are enormous and luxurious. The quality of the towels and linens.

The stuff is the best!! so helpful and kind, I always stay here and would recommend to everyone to stay in this place!! Very clean and perfect location if you are traveling the next day, also super close to nice areas, restaurants , shopping malls in Cumbaya valley!

Close to the airport so avoids traffic trying to get into town. Plus they run a very convenient shuttle bus from airport.

Loved this hotel. Clean spacious , super comfy beds, lovely rooms. The evening meal was delicious. They have a resident Holiday Inn dog called Hollie who is there to greet you with a waggy tail if you require a cuddle. We loved this ! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. It was the perfect over night stay before travelling home

The location is excellent. We loved the pool area. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is great and plentiful and has something for everyone. I recommend the waffles ;)

1) Airport shuttle, every time we wait for the van, and wait for others to fill up the van. It’s usually a 40 to 45 minute wait. Other hotel vans we see come and go. My husband wants to use a different hotel. I contact in advance the front desk. The wait is equal to the time it takes to go to Quito. We do different things coming and going to your hotel as we live in Quito and travel a lot. 2) The wait staff assumes we don’t speak Spanish, and they all try to communicate in English. This last breakfast, I asked four times for hot water for my tea at the station (there was no lemon for te); also there was no Earl Grey te. Finally asking in Spanish, I got hot water, but my eggs sitting at the table were cold by the time I returned to breakfast with my husband. Essentially I’m paying for 2 eggs (which were perfectly made) and a cup of te and maybe coffee, we don’t eat breads, cereals, diary, processed meats. It’s a better value since the price was lowered. I liked it better when there were little coffee / te stations, waiting for the coffee person who usually doesn’t pay attention to us.
1) Airport shuttle 2) Bed comfort quality 3) We’ve been coming to this hotel since it opened, I see a pleasant new change every time visiting.

The only thing that we would have liked was having breakfast room service. We had a super early flight but th menu only offers lunch and dinner options, even though it’s open 24 hours. We ate at the airport.
Beautiful, new place far away from the airport that you don’t hear anything. Super well appointed, comfortable, clean, and the restaurant was surprisingly awesome! Extremely good service from the very friendly staff.
