Staff was really accommodating and punctual! They helped me a lot with good local recommendations :) The room was awesome and very clean! Breakfast was great!

If you pay with card you get charged a bit more. Cash does not have this problem. I could not get cash in the local ATMs so better come with some extra cash :)

Amazing stay in beautiful Baños! The accommodation is in a good location, a few minutes walk from the city center. It is very easy to find and offers secure parking. It is located in a quiet street so you can sleep well. The beds are comfortable, it is very clean, private, with great wifi. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and they really try to make you feel good. If you need anything, they are available 24 hours. I definitely recommend it!

My family enjoyed the breakfast and kindness that the staff offered. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms were exceptional as well! They have auch amazing hospitality!

Very friendly and helpful staff. My wife and I stayed here with our three children. The staff welcomed us immediately and helped us get our luggage to our room. They offered to help with getting transportation and activities planned. The hotel is close to down town (10 minute walk that is safe to do even at night) without having to be close to any of the bars or clubs. A perfect place for families traveling with children. Thank you!!!!

It was so clean and quiet ! Very cozy place ! The staff were so amazing and friendly and kind!! They even helped us with a birthday cake we needed last minute and they got us one from a local bakery. They really made us feel welcomed and helped us with anything ! Definitely recommend! It’s close to downtown but not too close where you head all the noise. It’s in a perfect area :)

The property was on a very quiet street and the whole city was very safe and calm. The staff was very helpful and even did some laundry for us!

Staff were amazing and really helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There are some small shops where you can buy water/snacks just down the road. It’s about a 15-20min walk into the centre of town.
