The jacuzzi was not working because of water shortage. But the pool was open and having that was a big bonus.

Set on the top floor overlooking the city and waterfalls. A lovely setting and tasty breakfast offerings.

We had some noisy neighbors, and the hot tub cost extra to use and requires a minimum of 4 people. We wanted to get massages but there were no masseuses available, but luckily we could get them for the same price right next door.

The location was great, right near the center of town and with a great view of the waterfall from the terrace! The terrace was also beautiful as well as the parking area.

Beds weren't very comfortable. The shower wasn't always hot. On our first morning, our showers were cold and lukewarm. Other days they were fine so it was probably just a time when a lot of people had showered.

Good price. Our room looked out over a waterfall. Staff was helpful and kind. Laundry service in the hotel was fast.

The staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful! The breakfasts were delicious and very reasonable! They were so efficient in doing our laundry! Loved the location, close to the thermal baths, waterfall, restaurants, etc. A very walkable location to everything! Cleaned our room on a daily basis. The price was very reasonable.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and the blanket was quite itchy. If these were addressed, then our review would've been much higher as the location was perfect and staff were lovely.

The hostel is in a really good location, right beside the thermal baths and only 2 minutes walk from one of the main squares. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean. We were also provided with fresh towels every day.

no free water or coffee. the kitchen was used by the staff in the morning. we could cook our eggs there but it was a little uncomfortable. It might depend on the time that we were staying there but not a very social hostel.
