There was a mold smell in the room

Just 2 minutes walk from the bus station. The lady at the reception gave me all kinds of information about the tours and what I can see in the city. Rooms are spacious. They give you soap and shampoo for free.

Really nice hostel right in the centre of Banos. Very comfortable rooms and we were able to book tours through the hostel at a cheap price (cheaper than what the tour agencies charge) Also only a 2 minute walk to the main bus terminal. Highly recommend

Location is great (near bus station and center), staff is friendly, cozy blankets on the beds, curtains on the beds, outlets and lights in each bunk, drinking water provided, clean, towel included, affordable price. Great stay for 4 nights.

I love the hostel! It's 1 Min walk from the bus terminal, 2 blocks from the main Square and 10min walking from the thermal bath. Next to everything you Need, restaurante, shops, supermarket, Bakery. There are 2 nice big kitchens well furnished, fridge, microwave, space to store your food. They offer anytime free coffee, hot chocolate and different teas. Rooms are big enough, quiet, clean and they make your bed every day! Bathrooms always clean, clean towel with soap and shampoo given every day. The whole team Is absolutely great and Always available to help you with anything! Pamela knows a lot about tours too, they are also a travel agency, the best and cheaper in town! I booked with them rafting and I enjoyed so mucho! I've bene sick and Norma was sooo nice, taking care of me too! Carlos is also a great chill guy! I've stayed here almost 10 days! They have a terrace with pool but accessibile only until 7pm because there are rooms around.. possibility to do your laundry too!

Well equipped and large kitchen, cozy "living room" and very friendly and helpful staff. Great location close to the bus station and the central streets. Very nice decorations in the rooms and public spaces.

I originally booked one night and ended up staying for six. The hostel is well located and close to everything in the town. You can do all of the tours through the hostel (canyoning, rafting, and zip lining) for the best price in town, and the agency will come and pick you up. The areas were very clean, and I appreciated that the bathrooms in the dorms were cleaned every day and they provided a new towel, soap, and shampoo daily. The beds also have curtains.

It was quite noisy in the evenings due to the central location.

The staff here were super lovely and offered lots of helpful local information. I checked out early to stay somewhere else in a private room because I'd injured myself and wanted to sook in peace, and they happily refunded me the difference. The kitchen and shared areas were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable.

Everything! I had a great experience. I met great people. The water was hot. The staff was really friendly and patient with me practising my Spanish. It was sparkling clean. The kitchen was well equipped. There were rooms and areas for socialising. I liked it a lot. They have curtains on the bunk beds!!!!

The hostal is very close to the bus terminal, which is very convenient. The room was clean. Towels, soap, and shampoo were also provided for free. The owners of the hostal are very helpful and we booked 3 tours with them. They gave us a lot of information. There is also a billiard / pool table on the top floor, and guests can play for free. Drinking water and coffee were also available in the kitchen. We highly recommend this hostal.
