Staff was friendly and helpful. The sauna and hot tub are nice after long days of hiking. In-house laundry services were convenient. Beautiful view of the waterfall and close to many restaurants without being in the crowded/busy center.

Breakfast was delicious and we had a room with a balcony and hammock. The owner is very kind and provided great suggestions for what to do in Banos.

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful, especially Luis the owner. The atmosphere in the hostel is very tranquil and laid-back. The breakfast was also great, with fresh local dishes and excellent coffee

The location is 1/2 blocks away from the thermal pools and at the end of town that is quiet. The staff is kind and helpful. I booked a room with a deck That included a beautiful waterfall view and a hammock on the deck. It was well worth it.

I liked everything about this place. My only regret is that I didn’t get to stay longer.

Delicious breakfast and really comfy room. About 30 second walk up to the hot springs and 5 min walk into town. Lovely staff and nice sauna!!

Luis is the best host! Super kind and very helpful. The hotel is in a great location. I stayed in one of the suites and the suites are beautiful, large and have all the amenities you could ask for. Favorite place i have stayed in Ecuador. I will return.

Beautiful hostal right opposite the waterfall. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price. The hosts were super helpful and even made us a special tea as we were a bit unwell from our previous stop.

The service by the hist was very nice and the breakfast was delicious.....the location was great...an easy walk to the center. Will stay again.

Everything was great

The little spa area is totally worth it. You don't need to go outside the facilities to have a relaxing time, which is handy if you don't have too much time in Baños. The location is also great since this place is close to Baños' main attractions.
