Clean, comfortable, well located and very friendly and helpful staff

They waited at reception until we arrived from our evening bus, which ended up being around midnight and even us offered tea and coffee. It is a great location close to the bus stop and mercado. Great place to stay if you are looking to go to Ingapirca. Hot showers and a large room.

Kitchen was very basic - only plastic cutlery, microwave, kettle, and sandwich grill. Did not affect our stay as we were only there for one night.

Everything is satisfying, location is good, great value.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay before heading to Ingapirca! The hotel is located close to Panamerica Highway, and not far from the market (where you'll catch buses to the ruin, or Quito/Cuenca). It has a 7/24 reception, and provides purified water for you to fill up. The hotel itself is simple, but super clean and modern. Given the price I paid, it's way above my expectation.

Everything was perfect, excellent hosts who always asked if you needed anything. Good motorcycle parking and use of a kitchen. Very clean and well appointed rooms with very hot water and good wifi connection. Quiet and comfortable. This can be more than an overnight stop, as easy access to Ingapirca ruins( Inca and Canari), Inca baths and the market at Canar.

Carlos and his family were so kind and welcoming. It was such a pleasure chatting with them. Carlos y su familia eran tan amable. Fue un gran placer de conocerles.

An incredible place. Pristinely clean, professionally run. Everything is top notch and works great. How is this place in El Tambo? If this were a hotel chain, I would stay here all over Ecuador.

New hostal with great hosts . Very nice and helpful 👍 The beds were very comfortable and I appreciate the hot shower with pressure. The place is located in a perfect spot near the buses 🚌 that go to Ingapirca for less than a dollar. Highly recommend it.

The hosts were super friendly and everything was perfect, clean and comfortable. Free drinking water is available and the location is perfectly in the center, just by the bus station, but quiet.

Honestly I can not say enough good things about this place. Although it's really a hotel, not a hostel but that doesn't matter. I really appreciated the little heater and the filterd water. The family that owns it is very nice and helpful. He even went and bought a small reading light for me to use. It was awesome.

I booked my room about 6 weeks ago but when I am there you could get it for 1/2 the price I paid 😡

This hotel ist the perfect place for visiting Ingapirca. It's very close to the bus stop but still quiet as it's not on the main street :) The staff was super nice and helpful, giving a lot of recommendations. Rooms were clean, beds are comfy and they provide an heater (even if we didn't need it).

Perfect spot for a night when you want to visit Ingapirca. The owner was really friendly and helpful with information where the bus to Ingapirca is leaving.

This place was amazing. The owner is so nice and helped me with everything. The bed is super comfy - I slept very very well! The room is spacious, the shower hot, the wifi worked well. It's one block from the main road where all the busses pass. The perfect place for visiting El Tambo & Ingapirca.
