Secure building, very discrete from the outside. The interior was beautiful and well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. Attentive and friendly staff. Location is close to everything but far enough to have privacy.

No curfew is great but you do have to be buzzed in so keep in mind if you are out late :)

Nice clean top place to stay in Mindo modern facility ! Outstanding transportation facilitated to and from Quito to Mindo and back at my request With a last minute change on dates on my request . Breakfast was Exellent Staff were Excellent and exceptional

Wifi was very problematic Water was not hot it was tepid to warmish and only lasted about 5 minutes

Spectacular hotel in Mindo, clean and well-equipped, very comfortable suites, delicious breakfasts, perfect quiet location close to everything, beautiful view from the terrace, friendly staff. I highly recommend it, we will be back soon.

New and excellent hotel! It is a clean and comfortable suite, nice and equipped kitchen. We paid our staying with credit card without problem, because in Mindo the cash machine didn't work. The hotel is just two blocks from the center in a quite place. The staff very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and variety. The garage is free.

This is a nice new property in a great location within walking distance of everything in central Mindo. It's very new and clean and the courtyard and lounge were lovely. The bed is super big and very comfortable. The kitchen was clean and nice and had the basic cooking tools we needed to make a few meals.

This place is beautiful, but very expensive for Mindo. With all the fees it was close to $120 USD per night. We were only there a few days. The shower only ever got warm, not hot, and the wifi was either not working or working very slow. We could not use it for work, which for the price we would expect better hot water access and working internet.

It was spacious, beds were comfortable, and location was quiet.

It smelled and looked clean when arriving. After putting new socks on within minutes the bottom of the socks were black and the bathroom smelled like urine.

Friendly staff and very nice apartments, great location.

Great location. Generous room size. Ronny was incredibly helpful in supporting us to set up activities and determine the best way to spend our three days in Mindo. Big hugs, Ronny!

The location and the staff

The pool is not so comfortable, is not kid friendly and the room had a sofa bed in the living room but you curtains so the light from the hotel was impossible sleep

It was super clean and very new it was a little paradise and Ronny is the kindest host you could have help you and guild you I will defo be coming back again and again the best value and the breakfast was delightful and different every morning

The rooms were fresh and modern. Everything you needed was there including a kitchen for self catering. Mindo is lovely and everything is in walking distance. The staff are very attentive and helpful.

You are not given a key to the outer door. You are reliant on the staff to get into the property every time. They were always there, but you felt bad about buzzing them so many times.

My friend and I had an incredible experience. We booked very last minute (9pm the night before) and had no issues. Ronny was so responsive and kind, answering all of our questions promptly and making sure we had everything we need. Our room (including a fridge with filtered water!) was massive, modern, and clean. Everything we could have wanted. It was also so close to everything we wanted to do, making it easy to get around. Breakfast and massages on the terrace were incredibly easy to schedule, well priced, and just wonderful. Can't recommend this place enough!

Toucan Platinum Suites Aparthotel is your best bet if you re travelling with your family and need kitchen/laundry amenities in Mindo. It is very calm and right-by all of Mindo´s attractions. Our host Ronny was very helpful and friendly and gave us many tips on things to do in the area as well as help organize for local tours.

A bit noisy due to closeness of all the rooms to surrounding courtyard.
