We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandThe check in was a little confusing as this is a residential building with some units being rented out to tourists such as this one. Therefore, when we arrived the receptionist wasn’t very clear why we were there or where we were checking in to. We managed to get sorted by finding the number of the studio in our booking and the security guard contacted the owner to clarify. The room is quite bright in the morning once the sun is up so curtains/blackout blinds could be a good addition. The kitchen has the bare necessities which were fine for us but maybe not for longer stays. Communication was a little slow when we enquired about certain facilities in the building and we did not have time to use them once we got a response. These are only minor points - overall our stay was great!
We loved this property, super value for money and great location. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the facilities within the building are brilliant.

United StatesWasn’t properly cleaned, dust everywhere. Just one roll of toilet paper, the cheapest possible. It finish by the morning of second day. Not coffee, not even a bottle of water. No shampoo, just few soap bar. The remote controller isn’t working.

United StatesThe bathroom rug smelled strongly as it was still moist and it left a moldy smell in the apartment when I entered it. The arrival procedure is a bit clumsy. Never had to send ahead of time my passport even when I book with high end hotels in complex and insecure regions of the world.

EcuadorI didn't like the hidden fee of almost $30 for cleaning fee. I don't disagree with a cleaning service, but add this to the main price of the suit and don't mislead people with this "hidden" fee
I liked the suit and the location (that is why I revered it in the first place)
