    - location (Centro Histórico) - spacious room - good work station - AC - fast WiFi - good breakfast

    - a little bit outdated - the bathroom was very small, especially compared with the rest of the apartment

    Location, comfort, service.

The WiFi wasn’t working the morning we were leaving…..but that could happen anywhere. Was able to pay in cash, but they offered to send a link to pay by card later.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. They go above and beyond. Our group of 12 only stayed one night, and the staff made sure that we would be around for breakfast. If we would have had to leave before breakfast began, they were going to make us a breakfast to go! The kids loved the loft area with separate beds.

Two of the rooms had a strong furniture polish smell. The AC units didn’t work well but the staff was quick to bring an alternate unit up to make sure we were comfortable.

The staff was so friendly, thoughtful and attentive, the food was amazing for breakfast. The location was perfect near to the old town and all the attractions.

the rooms do not have the sunshield and was letting light into the room, i suggest light blocking curtains or blinds so guests can sleep better. the sunlight and the hotel lights affect the brightness of the room. other than that, the staff is so kind and lovely. Loved the chess sets around the compound and the service quality. Rooms are abit small but its worth the price and location

Great location in historic centre on relatively flat street which makes walking there easy!

Temperature control is a bit of a challenge. When it’s cold it’s really cold and when it’s really hot the aircon is a bit variable.

    Good location and nice property.

All services are not good. Room AC didn't work, room cleaning, and restaurant services were bad. Food quality was 60%

I would have liked a variety of pillows for the bed.

Charming hotel nicely decorated. The staff was very kind and the breakfasts were delicious!

The rooms face out to the courtyard so one night it was a little noisy. There are no windows looking ouside which didn’t bother me as the courtyard was very open, but did overhear someone complaining about it.

Stunning old world villa property giving us a taste of a bygone era. We were given a choice of rooms and what we chose was better than expected. Filtered water recepticles just outside our room to top up drinking water when needed. The meals were good value and waiter service was friendly . We had a very early airport transfer booked through the hotel, and the porter was waiting outside our door to help with luggage when we emerged at 4am. We have stayed in some very expensive hotels around the world, and have never had this level of service anywhere else! Top effort!!

It is an older building and there was a water problem that took a while to fix. Has to happen sometimes.

location wa very good and the staff was good.

the bed was very low and hard. Also, having to put toilet paper in trash is a bit of a nuisance. I understand the reason but odd if you are from the states or Europe.
