Great room and massive bath!

we had to pay more tha what it was offered. Aparently parking has an extra charge. We couldnt pay with credit card. We were told that at the property only accept cash, Parking is a bit far from the entrance of the property. not very confortable when unload and load the baggage.

Room was very spacious and very confortable. very clean and organized inside the property.

It is good to know that the walls are a bit thin, so if you are a light sleeper, you might hear your neighbors coming in at the evening. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is located just outside the city center of Baños, so you do not hear the noise from the bars, yet everything is still within walking distance. The hosts are friendly, the breakfast is delicious every day, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the shower has hot water. We were especially happy with the gentleman and later the lady who managed the hotel. They were easy to communicate with, and whenever we had a question, whether about laundry or an excursion, they took care of everything for us. Next time I am in Baños, I will definitely return to this place!

The shower didn't drain properly and constantly had 1-2 inches of water in the bottom of it which was gross, and would've been great to have a bath mat since the shower didn't have a curtain and the water soaked the floor when you showered. The fitted sheets also fell off when sleeping and woke up every day sleeping on the bare mattress, so better quality sheets would be great. Just a couple small things that would make a big difference in the quality of stay.

It was clean and the area and hotel felt safe.

I didn't like that there wasn't any garbage can in the room, other than the bathroom, which was small, especially when traveling with kids.

The walls are thin, bad luck having LOUD guests that started shouting at 6am, not the best of sleeps in a leasure stay.

3 blocks from city center, yet away enough for a good night sleep, the breakfast is head a do shoulders above anything else at this price range and absolute homemade delicacy

The place, where we were accommodated was modern, clean, with a good location. The host family was kind and responsive. They recommended excellent places for us to visit. They took and returned our dirty clothes to a public laundry. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. We were also served coffee, tea and fresh fruit juice.

The owner was such a nice guy who helped me with everything I asked and went out of his way to help even if it did not have to do with the hotel at all. Super great for a solo traveler as I had all my questions, worries, etc cared for.

I wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast and Luis was an incredible host. He helped me through a very difficult situation with stolen passports and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Luis booked our tours and even drove us to Quito, 4 hours each way, to help us get there safely. I can´t thank Luis and his family enough for their kindness and support, amazing people and I really look forward to staying with them again. This place is special and we really felt like we were so welcome there. Well done!

Breakfasts were wonderful. We had a different breakfast each day of our stay. Also, the staff was extremely helpful in arranging day trips and even walked us to the various bus companies.

Walls are thin and noise travels easy, especially if you're neighbours are loud russians.

The hotel is not too far from the center of Banos. The room is nice and spacious. The bathroom is big and includes a SPA bath tub. The owners are friendly and recommended us restaurants. The breakfast is good.

Noise travels very easily here. It didn't feel as private as I would have preferred.

The hotel was nice and is a great value for the cost. The view we had was beautiful. And the best part of the stay was the owner/host, Luis. He was extremely helpful.

They could use some blackout curtains (our window was internal-facing to a brightly lit common room, with only thin blinds) and better sound proofing, but guests went to bed early so the noise didn’t last. A shelf or some hooks would also be very helpful.

Pretty rooms, comfortable bed, and helpful owners. Good location on a quiet street.
