Great hotel with fantastic facilities. Big, spacious clean room. It is ways better than on the pictures. The views are amazing. It is very close to the airport and very convinient. The staff is great, friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was also good. They also have a little restaurant for dinner where everything was tasty. I highly recomend the hotel.

Nothing. I lived for 5 years in Ecuador and this is a very "Ecuadorian" business -- courteous, respectful, attentive but laid back. As long as you're not hung up on the Western model of well-rated hotel accommodations (Hilton, Hyatt, Radisson, etc.), you should be pleased, and the ROI is unbeatable.

Very close to the airport at a fraction of the cost of the big chain hotels near the airport. The rural setting is so much more relaxing than a typical hotel setting -- orange trees, lemon trees, avocado trees, flowers, alpacas, etc. They arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport at 3:45 am, and the taxi arrived early. They charged $5. I gave them $6. (I've stayed here before, and the same husband-wife taxi team have always arrived on time or early.) Breakfast is included with your stay, but because we had to catch a 6 am flight, we missed it. However, they offer dinner, and the dinner was quite good, especially for the cost ($7 for a shrimp entree with rice and salad).

The property is very nice and the mood is extremely relaxed and the alpacas that live on the grounds are super cute and friendly. The staff are very helpful. I was in a situation that required alot of last minute adjustments and the hotel was very accommodating.

A wonderful night view from the city. Nice place to relax after 22+ hours of flight. You will find all you need for a peaceful and calm place. The place is well know as the never ending spring! It is quite far from the city, but it was exactly what I needed for the first night.

Lack of comfort amenities. If they had air conditioning or refrigerator in the room or access to an ice machine would make the stay better. Neighboring properties were quite loud. On Saturday night they had a party with a DJ and we could hear everything. Luckily, we were so exhausted from traveling we fell asleep anyway. On Sunday night though the neighbors left their dog outside, which is cruel. That dog barked ALL NIGHT LONG. I woke up at 3am to pee and heard the dog barking. It was unreal. We could've complained but what is reception going to do about neighbors? They can't control them. Bring a sound machine.

Location by the airport is convenient when getting into the airport late. A cheaper option than staying right at the airport. The property arranged a taxi for us. The driver who is the husband of one of their staff who is waiting for us in baggage claim with a sign. Breakfast included made to order hot meals with a few options each day plus fresh squeezed orange juice. We had the room with the jacuzzi and it was very nice and relaxing. Be mindful that there is no air conditioning or heat. So bring many different styles of clothes. The property was fenced in for safety and the reception staff we communicated with spoke English.

The rooms are so comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to the airport so the perfect location for an early morning flight. The smart TV was lovely for a relaxing evening. Dinner menu is simple but the food was delicious.

The only negative was the kid beds in our rooms. They were extremely hard and very uncomfortable and I wouldn’t consider them an option to sleep on. Also, we couldn’t get an early breakfast (we left at 6:30a for our flight), but that is understandable with their staff scheduling.

If you have kids and need a place to stay near the airport, this is your place! We had a one night layover after an exhausting trip and this place was perfect! We were all able to relax, with the kids also able to run around outside, playing with the bunnies, llamas, ponies, dogs, cats, chickens, and more. The kids were allowed to pet and hold the animals and had such a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. It is very close to the airport, but even with the proximity, the planes were never an issue for sleep nor cause much disturbance during the day. We wish we stayed another day or so.

Thought I'd need aircon but didn't miss it.

My car to the property was waiting for me on arrival as organinsed by the property. Room was just fine for my needs, dinner and breakfast were freshly made to order and plentiful. Staff was lovely and even helped me organise a trip to the hot springs. The animals roam freely so I had them munching on the grass one morning outside my room, amazing. Very pleasant walking around the property. I would stay again.

So close to the airport. A tranquil place with animals, kind staff and walking trails. Great place to adapt to the altitude and rest a bit after your flight. Or a great staging area to head out. For the traveler who might be needing clothing and equipment for extreme differences in environment. For example, Amazon, Galápagos and Andes. They are happy to store suitcases. I travel to Ecuador frequently, and this is my base camp.

Great spot, perfect location, amazing grounds, super helpful staff. You are better off booking the taxi with them than taking an Uber - it is more cost-effective. Stroll the grounds and enjoy yourself - this place is a treat.

Facilities were brilliant and comfortable. Enjoyed the enclosed area where I could walk around (you couldn’t tell you were so close to a main road). Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was nice. I was picked up from the airport to bring me to the hotel for only $8 (most appreciated after a 30hr journey). I had also booked my return date but unfortunately had to cancel this which the hotel did for free and waived the cost of it after I explained. Great place, and will be returning when I visit Ecuador again.
