I liked the breakfast, gym and comfortable bed + an option to regulate the room temperature to warmer temperatures. Downside was that somewhere nearby car alarm went on many times during the night. I know hotel can't do nothing about it. So generally very happy with my stay!

We choose this hotel for its location and that it had a bar and restaurant. Our first night there we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We ordered a couple of drinks that were fine. We ordered an appetizer which was okay but it didn't include what was on the menu. Then we ordered a filet mignon which was literally inedible. The manager who spoke some English finally agreed and offered us anything else on the menu and didn't charge us for the main entre. We had a chicken cutlet parm which was okay. So not a good start. We dared not try anything else so we can't say if anything else on the menu was good or bad. It's a beautiful dining room Complementary breakfast was included with our stay which we took advantage of every morning. Eggs hard boiled and scrambled every day with cold cuts and some kind of bolon and wonderful bread, fruit, tiny croissants. So, pretty good . But I like my coffee hot which I could not get either from the very nice coffee machine that made wonderful espresso nor the carafe, it was just warm. The eggs were also just warm at best. If that doesn't bother you than you will be happy with the breakfast provided.

We wanted a hotel in between the Historic District and La Carolina so it was perfectly located. The room was kept clean and comfortable with maid service every day. It had a very comfortable King bed and a big screen smart TV. It also had a sitting room with a table and nice chairs. It had a great shower with an overhead and hand held shower wand which is rare.

The room size was amazing including the bathroom. The room was clean and the cleaners were very nice. The food at the restaurant was good. We tried on separate occasions to book a massage though and the reception never got back to us so if you want a massage, maybe book somewhere else. Oh and this room had an amazing tv

In one of our 3 rooms, a glasses case with jewelry inside went missing after a TV technician left the room. We alerted the hotel and they said they trusted all their TV technicians. There are no cameras in the rooms, so not able to catch the man, unfortunately.

I didn't stay long enough to experience anything "bad".

I only stayed for one night and wished I had stayed longer. The hotel is HUGE, beautiful and modern. The staff was great. We had an early flight and they prepared breakfast to go, which was very helpful. The hotel is about 45 mins to 1 hour away from the airport.
