I liked the breakfast, gym and comfortable bed + an option to regulate the room temperature to warmer temperatures. Downside was that somewhere nearby car alarm went on many times during the night. I know hotel can't do nothing about it. So generally very happy with my stay!

1. The room was very spacious 2. The gym is well equipped, and they kindly opened it before 'opening hours' for me (jet lag :,) ) 3. The breakfast has a fairly good selection.

1. There was no kettle or fridge in the room. 2. There are barely any plug sockets (had to charge my phone by the door).

Great room service. Came very quickly and tasted delicious. Also was booked five minutes before areival and was given a room straight away.

Just slightly lacking interior design in the bedrooms. The downstairs was fantastic and swish. But wasn’t carried through to the bedrooms/suites.

It was beautiful!!! Lots of space, huge bathroom comfy beds. and breakfast was included. Very good price!!!

Nothing!

The room was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and spoke English very well. They even had bikes we could use for free!

The room temperature was cold. Not sure if the AC was working properly.

The location with lots of shops and restaurants, firm bed, freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast, friendly staff, especially Jarman who speaks perfect English and is willing to do everything to accommodate you.

Everything was absolutely perfect. All staff were very friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room! I really enjoyed the gym. Had everything I needed. Would for sure stay here again. Thank you!

We wanted a hotel in between the Historic District and La Carolina so it was perfectly located. The room was kept clean and comfortable with maid service every day. It had a very comfortable King bed and a big screen smart TV. It also had a sitting room with a table and nice chairs. It had a great shower with an overhead and hand held shower wand which is rare.

We choose this hotel for its location and that it had a bar and restaurant. Our first night there we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We ordered a couple of drinks that were fine. We ordered an appetizer which was okay but it didn't include what was on the menu. Then we ordered a filet mignon which was literally inedible. The manager who spoke some English finally agreed and offered us anything else on the menu and didn't charge us for the main entre. We had a chicken cutlet parm which was okay. So not a good start. We dared not try anything else so we can't say if anything else on the menu was good or bad. It's a beautiful dining room Complementary breakfast was included with our stay which we took advantage of every morning. Eggs hard boiled and scrambled every day with cold cuts and some kind of bolon and wonderful bread, fruit, tiny croissants. So, pretty good . But I like my coffee hot which I could not get either from the very nice coffee machine that made wonderful espresso nor the carafe, it was just warm. The eggs were also just warm at best. If that doesn't bother you than you will be happy with the breakfast provided.

Great hotel in a good location. Nice, large room. Helpful staff that gave fantastic restaurant recommendations in the area. Excellent value for money.

Connected rooms

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The room was incredibly noisy, making it hard to relax. The shower was also a major issue - the water regulator didn't work properly, leaving us with a choice between scalding hot or freezing cold water. The beds were quite uncomfortable, with pillows that were a real letdown. To top it off, the breakfast was very poor. Not a great experience overall.
