Pillows and parking

Great location, very pretty hotel and great staff. Only areas for clear improvement: pillows, they can be a bit tough and the parking arrangements are very awkward if you’re coming with a car. Apart from that, great place and super great value.

Each room could have a small broom to sweep the floor and a pedestal fan so you don't have to have the air-con on all the time.

Room is spacious and comfortable and in a quiet location close to everything. The house only 3 rooms so it's not busy at all. Douglas was very helpful and attentive. Ended up booking another week because we liked it so much.

Close to the center means very noisy, especially at the weekend. I wouldnt survive without earplugs.

Close to the beach. Equipped kitchen with drinking water. Douglas let me stay there til 8pm because of the late bus. Walking distance couple minutes to town.

Can be a little pricey for Montanita but I think it's worth it!

Small cute hotel located on the quieter side of the town, super close to the beach and town center still, the room is cute and spacious, definitely more on the boutique side, good wifi, big bed, own smart tv, private patio, private bathroom, the staffs are a local couple, they're very friendly and helpful even tho we communicate through google translate all the time! They also let me have my spanish class in the common area, and their cats are soooo cute and friendly I miss them already!

Sapa Inka was next to a party hostel and a building site so occacional noise nuisance may occur though not their fault. The pillows were extremely big!

Friendly staff and good location outside from the main party zone and close to the beach. A small hostel so ideal if you are looking for a less sociable place. Nice and clean rooms.

Good location which is slightly off the party area of Montanita. Very friendly staff, clean rooms (there are only 4 in the hotel). Kitchen available. Lots of options within walking distance. Easy bus or taxi access for visits to Olon.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The hostel is beautiful, a few blocks from the beach, and a short distance to downtown. It's very quiet, very clean, and the room was spacious. Wifi was great too. The family that runs the hostel was so kind and made us feel at home. We were so sad to leave! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely great stay. Our room was clean and comfortable with netflix tv and AC (most importantly). Douglas and his family are really lovely people and we are so grateful to them for our stay - the children are so cute and fun to be around!

We loved staying here, very comfortable and well equipped room. The guy was welcoming and they cleaned our room everyday, what a treat :-)

The electric shower was very slow and also dangerous! My boyfriend accidentally knocked the shower head and received an electric shock.

Douglas and his family were very welcoming and made our stay comfortable. We even got a room upgrade for free! The hostel was very basic and good value for money

The bathroom in the room had a bit of an unpleasant smell

Great location, just a bit out of town (like 5 mins walk away) which was ideal because any hostel in town would have been way too loud. Close to a great restaurant called La Terreta. The room was also much nicer than expected.

The public area was not nice. Dusty, broken sofas, lack of cushion in sofas. And the one existing disgusting.

Bad experience here. When I arrived at around 4pm, they had given my room away for the night. I had to find another place to stay on short notice. I decided to stay at the other place for the rest of my stay. And they wouldn't refund me.
