During our stay the hot water and water pressure was not so good.

This place is a little way from the main street but not far at all. I guess it's a little quieter here. This hotel is across the road from the beach. Breakfast was not included in my package but the portions are a very good size. We could have shared the breakfast easily. One morning we even had to take some away to finish later. The rooms are a good size. The bus station is a short ride away. I would stay in this hotel again.

Great location, well maintained property, great location across the street from beach. 3rd floor Beach view room was very nice and spacious. Staff was very helpful and provided guidance and recommendations for local activities. Only negatives I can think of were WiFi signal was very weak in the room and restaurant breakfast was overpriced and bland.

There really is nothing to criticize. It's not the first time I've visited this hotel, and it won't be the last.

I have some mobility issues, and the staff was extremely accommodating, ensuring I had an accessible room.

The bathroom was big and well appointed but the shower was a little slippery because of the tiles and stones used. I would suggest that a bath mat might alleviate the problem.

We were nicely welcomed to the hotel. There is a parking in the inside court. The location is superb, one can walk to the beach or try the many restaurants around. Breakfast was not included but was not expensive. We ordered a cooked breakfast which was served rapidly from the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice balcony from which we were able to observe a brilliant sunset. There is a lovely bar located directly facing the beach. I would stay there again.

Shower doors didn't open and close smoothly. A downside of being on the beach. We used to have the same problem, being near salt air does require lots of maintenance. Screen needed repairing. There's no TV's in the rooms if that matters to you. I would have loved beach chairs and umbrellas, or somewhere to hang besides the room and outdoor eating area. But you can't have everything and none of these things are deal breakers to us.

The location can't be beat. The room wasn't luxurious, but comfortable. Our number one criteria is being able to sleep to the sound of the surf, and this hotel is the only one like it on the beach. It's a beautiful design, the owner, Victor and his family were so friendly and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious, as was all the food we had there. Which, after trying a few other places, we felt it was the best. It was nice having a fridge in the room and they let us refill our water bottles with filtered water which we appreciated, as we're Eco conscious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back.

A wonderful, spacious room, with a clean bathroom with hot water on a perfect location. For the beach you just have to cross the road, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the center. Everything looked great, including the inner garden. Staff helpful and friendly. I would have loved to be able to stay longer.

It was convenient to have the restaurant in the hotel for meals, drinks, and snacks. While the hotel is on the far end of the beach, I appreciated that it was quiet yet still only a short walk from the beach restaurants and active nightlife.

I only had 1 issue. If you have a room on the south side of the property, bring earplugs as the owner there has a rooster.

I loved this hotel. The location is a 5 minute walk, or 50 cent tuk-tuk ride from the heart of town and away from the music and noise. The staff are friendly, the food is excellent and they have a good bar.
