Since it was near the city centre, there was quite a noise from the nearby bars and clubs. Our room was oriented directly to the next bar's terrace, and during the weekend, the noise lasted until late at night.

Great location, in the historical part of the city, close to the public transport and the sea as well. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. And they serve a very good breakfast.

While indicating in at least 3 emails that I would arrive at 1 am, there was no one at reception. It took over 15 minutes of ringing and calling before someone appeared which caused me a lot of stress. The walls are paper thin - if you are an early riser no problem then with the loud conversations of the staff in the morning and the weekends are tricky because the club music is as if it was in your room (but I still managed to sleep).

This hotel is in an excellent location - it is easy to get to the Old town while accessible to transit. Breakfast has a good choice of produce and staff is attentive. There are ample restaurants in the area and reaching it from the airport is easy. One of the fortification wall is right next to it.

Some rooms face the wall of the neighboring building and are therefore quite dark (particularly on the lower floors). Interior of the hotel is a bit dated. The Breakfast buffet is set up awkwardly making lines unavoidable during busy times

We had a problem with our room in the first day (we found that there were no dark blinds in the windows) but they immediately changed our room with another that was better in any way and also solved this issue. Many thanks to the management and staff for their quick response! Btw great view in both rooms.

To many e-mails regaring this booking, looks more a spam. I count 13.... We wasnt lucky get run sauna.

Owerall no first stay at this place. On those date bes price/performance offer. All was okey. As its in oldtown- very good options to wals and to see. Car parking- limited, a bit exepensiv.

Rooms are due for a refresher soon, but otherwise I had a pleasant stay and would book again in the future.

Excellent location in the heart of Tallinn old town. Room(s) could probably use a bit of a facelift soon, but everything was clean and well presented so I reckon it was a good deal for the price I paid. Bed and pillows were comfy for me and I had a good nights' sleep. I had no issues with the noise and room was smelling nice.

Handsoap and the shower gel were finished in the room. The minibar wasn't and didn't get cold, it was maybe 14 degrees or so.

The location is in the old town and very central. Entrance and lobby of the hotel are renovated but the rooms are a little out dated. Room and the bathroom size were good as well as the shower. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. There is no AC but opening the window was enough. Wifi was strong. The breakfast was very good and had lots of selections. Staff particularly at breakfast were very helpful and always available. Fridge was available but empty! and there is no kettle at the room. I had a comfortable stay.

I was disappointed to find out that there is no safe in the room, unless you pay for an upgraded room. I'm this day and age I think everyone expects a safe to be provided, no matter what your room rate is? The bed wasn't great either. It seemed to be a fairly cheap mattress with two mattress toppers on each side of the bed. My wife didn't find it very comfortable. She said it was too soft, although I have to say that I quite liked it.

The hotel is situated right in the old town, so it is in a great location. The hotel is nice and the staff were friendly. The room was pretty good and the shower was very good, with loads of room. The food at breakfast wasn't too bad and the coffee from the machine was pretty good.

Don't trust Google Maps, when reaching the hotel by car. A clear description how to reach the hotel by private car on the hotel website would be appreciated.

Location is excellent, but be aware, that there is only one direction from where you can reach the property by car! The room looked a little bit outdated, but was totally ok.
