The coffee maker machine did not work during our stay. On the last day, the hotel provided filter coffee. It would be nice if a kettle and tea bags were provided in rooms.

The hotel was well located next to Viljandi bus station with easy access to local buses and within a walking distance to the city centre. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean, while the bathroom needs renovation. Breakfast was basic.

Very convenient location for shopping, the bus station, and taxi stand to get to the train station; the historic center is 5-10 minutes' walk and it's not far to walk to the lake and other points of interest. Lots of nice restaurants within 5 minutes' walk. A nice breakfast, plenty of common spaces where I could meet with friends and colleagues. The staff were really nice and the bed was quite comfortable, I thought it was a good value for the price as well.

If you're looking for a romantic getaway look elsewhere. Luckily I was looking for just a place to sleep overnight. The rooms are quite tired and really nothing fancy at all, which you wouldn't expect at the price point. There is a small lobby bar which closes at 11PM on the weekend, but unfortunately no heads up or last call is made to people in the near vicinity. It's just lights out & 'closed' at the bar.

Ok place for sleeping but not much more. The lobby area near the reception was quite cozy. It can either be a positive or a negative but it's in the same building as the mall. I needed to buy something in the morning before heading outside, so it was comfortable to go to the mall without needing to put outwear on.

The shower in the bathroom is not thought out at all. There is a curtain, but it does not at all prevent the spread of unnecessary water throughout the bathroom. Be prepared for a constantly wet floor and the inability to wipe and remove excess water (we didn't find any mops). The lighting was not enough for us, and the description “city view” did not live up to our expectations at all.

The hotel has an interesting interior design. The renovation is good, although a bit poor quality. The rooms are clean. The breakfast was very good and we were delighted with the large bed with dimensions of 2x2 m, four pillows of different sizes and warm blankets. There were shampoos in the bathroom, but no slippers. Also, there was a drinking water cooler in the hall.

I haven't found any disadvantages, everything was up to our expectations.

Great location - the sights were in a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and warm enough. As we were travelling by car, we were provided with a parking place without extra charges. I can't say that breakfast was very variable but it was good and substantial.
