Rooms could be upgraded to have A/C. And limited amount of parking in inner yard - however there were plenty of space on the street as well.

Very nice hotel in the center. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and in good condition. Also during our stay it was very quiet in the room.

I liked everything. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Convenient on-site parking. The SPA is spacious, with two pools, a jacuzzi, and three saunas. The breakfast offers a wide selection and is very tasty.

The spa and pools looked great, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the location is pretty central and a handy walk to the bus station. Unfortunately a massive downpour started just after I arrived, and the streets right beisde the hotel were flooded so we needed to decamp, but the staff were as helpful as they could be in difficult circumstances and I would definitely try it another time.

There is no fridge and kettler in the room.

Spa is good, but a bit small. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good, but please put the second coffee machine.

The room was tiny and there were no fridge in the room. The breakfast selection was half empty. The breakfast was till 10.00 o’clock, but many things were empty before 9.30 o’clock when we arrived..

It was in great location, near were many restaurants. The spa was great!

Room was a bit dark, would like second single bed rather than sofabed (although in fairness our 8 yr old declared the sofabed comfortable!!)

The room was very small without proper space to place belongins. The bathroom door is just a sliding door with very little noice insulation. Also noices from the hallway was quite clear. The surfaces of the furnitures were a bit worned in our room, some upgrade would make a big difference.

Breakfast was good with a variaty of local delicates. The dining room is a bit crowded and small. The spa is very nice and outdoor pool is handy during hot days. Location is excellent.

Great place, comfortable bed, spacy room. Special thanks to the administrator - we had to leave early in the morning and were arranged with the lunch box with breakfast and even coffee! So very appreciated!

Although we checked in as a couple, there was only one coffee capsule in the coffee machine. Also, although we stayed for 2 nights, no new capsules arrived, so could not have the quiet morning coffee, just the two of us, as I have dreamed. A pity. The bathroom facilities also were not renewed. Believe me, some people DO take shower every day and also wash their hair daily.. The breakfast area was extremely narrow. Since we went to breakfast quite early, it was no problem, bet later when more people turned up, it was next to impossible to get to food trays since the crowds were just too big.

The room was quite large, tastily decorated and equipped with many things not usually met in hotels such as hair conditioner and body lotion. The bed was comfy and the bathroom, too. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, I especially appreciated the local foods. Although the hotel is in the very center of the city, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful - we checked in quite late and also needed a separate bill the next day - everything was settled quickly and in every demand met the most helpful manner!

The room was clean. Quite big room. We got the last room for disabled people so of course it is different from the regular one. Bed was comfortable. The is sauna swimming pool and jacuzzi for the plus. A few meters to the center of the city. General impression - very good. The breakfast was tasty z- buffet.

Quite small rooms, tiny bathroom. No air conditioning. Mediocre breakfast.

Nice and cosy little place hidden in a small town. Ticks all the boxes despite being very compact. Professional yet friendly staff.

Although I like how the spa looks like, it is unfortunately not a good fit to visit with a baby. The water is way too cold in the pool.

Very nice hotel hidden from the street view. I loved how the room looked, it was nice and big enough to stay with a baby. Also the bathroom was nice and big. Room was on the sunny side. Perfect that I could order breakfast to my room. We also enjoyed massage.

The room doors we very difficult to open and people kept slamming the doors, very loudly

Good location, spaceous rooms and spa was a nice addition. Was worth to spend the night when visiting Kuressaare.
