Spa was worth the price. Breakfest choise was smaal, but everyone can find something they like. I was a little bit shocked, that hotel this big, has only one caffee machine at breakfest buffey. You need to stand in very long line to get coffee (that was not so good). But regarardless all was nice.

Small parking space. May happen that there is no place to leave You car.

Very good location and free parking. Rooms are somewhat modern. Breakfast was very tasty.

Noise cancellation between rooms is not that good. Refillable shampoo/conditioner bottles were almost empty, seems like no one cares to check. Our room's shower drain was clogged. Seems like the hotel could have better maintenance.

Very nice hotel in the center. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and in good condition. Also during our stay it was very quiet in the room.

Rooms could be upgraded to have A/C. And limited amount of parking in inner yard - however there were plenty of space on the street as well.

I liked everything. The rooms are very clean and cozy. Convenient on-site parking. The SPA is spacious, with two pools, a jacuzzi, and three saunas. The breakfast offers a wide selection and is very tasty.

Everything was good. Best hotel in Saarema. Will come back for sure!

Didn't find anything bad or negative

The spa and pools looked great, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, the location is pretty central and a handy walk to the bus station. Unfortunately a massive downpour started just after I arrived, and the streets right beisde the hotel were flooded so we needed to decamp, but the staff were as helpful as they could be in difficult circumstances and I would definitely try it another time.

Spa is good, but a bit small. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is good, but please put the second coffee machine.

There is no fridge and kettler in the room.

Good location; Available SPA facilities (less impressive than in the pictures).

We were given a very bad baby cot- old, dirty, broken net. After asking to change it, we got a better one but even the fact that they would give that for a small baby to sleep in gave us a feeling of lack of care. Bad/foul smell in the bathroom Long waiting for check in The staff seems overwhelmed, tired and that gets reflected on their attitude
