Cleanliness of the room could have been better. We stayed there during very warm weather so the room was extremely hot. There was a fan, but it was so dusty that we did not want to turn it on as it would have scattered dust all over the room.

Everything was as expected. It was a basic accommodation, but all the necessary facilities were there. We also chose to have breakfast there and it was great with many different options.

The skylight was not able to stop the light from coming in even with the two shades. It was hot to stay and no air, but the fan provided did help provide ample air movement and temperature. The room was specially small.

The place is very specially decorated and interesting, as expected, in all general areas.

The bar in the next building... There were some drunk guys vandalizing at 3am. Gladly the rooms window has a good sound resistance.

Very neat place, was my second time here. Room for one is just big enough, I had dog with me and he had a lot of room to sleep. Cozy bed and good pillow. Micro and water boiler in the corridor.

The room lacks a fan, which caused some discomfort. The biggest issue with this property is the bathroom. Unfortunately, my shower was leaking water and the overall experience was not pleasant due to this inconvenience.

The accommodation offers great value for the price with satisfactory comfort. Its excellent location is surrounded by supermarkets and lively pubs. The exceptionally friendly staff provide a warm welcome, and the spacious room adds to the overall positive experience.

Lovely traditional guesthouse with tons of history and character. Very friendly owners who get out of their way to accommodate you. I would recommend staying there for your visits to Tartu as the property is only 40 mns away by car.

The bathroom had a weird floor that seemed dirty and there was a distinct smell in the bathroom. We would have appreciated a small fridge in the room, even though there was a communal fridge in the hallway.

Room was nice, airy and light. Big windows and okay view to greenery. There was a private bathroom in our room. The beds were rather comfortable, although the mattress cover tended to slide off. We appreciated the blinding curtains. We got extra bed for our little one. There was a proper table for 4 in the room and mugs, glasses and teaspoons. Shower was good, bathroom was rather roomy. TV had good programs and an ample variety of shows. There were some more dishes available in the small kitchen station in the hallway. There was a nice cafe downstairs with good lunch menu.

Not really a complaint, just a quite a long walk to the showers from the room.

Good place for a one night stay if you are travelling through Estonia. Price to quality ratio acceptable. It's an old but stylish place, fits well into town's surroundings. Parking in front of the building next to the street, no issues, quite safe. Quick check in - keys were waiting for us in the lobby.

Very dated furnishings, no air-con. Bed was very old -past it’s best although they had tried to hide the fact by adding a topper.

There were minor things that I didn't like from the previous visit that are still in place. The beds aren't that comfy. The spring mattress isn't that good. The pillow isn't good at all. My whole family woke up with a hurting neck. There is also a bit of smell in the toilets.

This is my second time on this property. The location is awesome, it is in the very centre. There are supermarkets around and also a pub. The staff is very friendly. The check-in was quite easy as always. The ratio between the value and the place itself is ok.

We missed a coat rack and wall hooks in the room and more towel hooks in the bathroom as well.

In addition to the refrigerator, the microwave in the common areas was a really great thing.

There was no coffee left at the breakfast and no other staff in sight except for a cleaning lady who I asked for coffee. It appeared that the waitress actually was one of the people having a jolly chat at the table and was not interested in serving another customer. Also the shower room is molded and I believe needs to be fixed.

The room was decent and breakfast was alright.
