Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IsraelIn this stay we received a very little room for three people (adult with two childs) in the second floor. But all the rest was great!
We like this hotel and great SPA and breakfast.

PolandStandard rooms are fine, but a bit outdated, and there was a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
Great location, right next to the Old Town. A huge plus for the excellent set of swimming pools and the very good breakfasts.

BulgariaNo food or drinks are available for purchase or order in the hotel after 10pm. Room service was with extra charge. No supply of amenities in the room, like shampoo or ear buds etc, only liquid soap and toilet paper. We did not check if they provide such upon request and if it's free of charge. For the food- there is a supermarket and kebab and pizza places close by that work until 11pm. - Have in mind slides are for ppl max 100kg and min 120cm tall.
Spacious family room was provided upon arrival with two rooms separated by a door. (Only minus was the fact windows were sealed and looking towards the indoor pool, making the room dark at most times.) Breakfast was amazing with many choices and was until 11am, this was great for us. Restaurant itself has really beautiful and delicious food a la carte. The slides in the pool area are really cool. Nice hot tubs and saunas, olympic size pool and water games. You can swim, relax and have fun all in one. Place stays open until late- 10pm. Hotel is right next to the old town walls, 5 min walk both ways to get in.

United KingdomNothing much to complain about, staff were a little grim, but efficient.
The hotel is a little lacklustre externally but neat inside. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The pool is excellent throughout, with good slides and plenty of space in the jacuzzi. The lazy river is good fun. The breakfast was fantastic, and well worth it. Great location for the Old Town.

FinlandBooking show a double bed option as available one but hotel sent a message it's not guarantied after booking was done. In fact it was two single beds instead of presented option. No slippers was provided - it's not useful for Spa.
Location, breakfast were excellent. Spa is accessible till 22.00.

The location, helpful staff, the restaurant, the lobby and of course, the legendary water park with a pool and saunas are amazing.

LatviaThe spa area wasn’t as good as i expected… there were a couple of pools that were filled with people and there was a line forming behind me at the jacuzzi baths… that felt really awful and people weren’t kind when it came down to sharing. Maybe a bigger area for jacuzzis is the answer

NetherlandsThe smell of drainage in the bathroom. The breakfast room is very dark, the supply of food is not as quick as it should be. The choice of food is not great for 4 star hotel. The Waterpark slides look old and not safe to use.
Location is fantastic, breakfast has good variety of non gluten and lactose food. The bed is comfortable. Not many people in the Waterpark.

FinlandIt could have been a coincidence, but since we only stayed for two nights, we didn't bother to ask for a room change. However, the shower in our hotel room was moldy, and the sink smelled that the water was undrinkable (though the hotel's instructions say it's drinkable).
From the location, the water park &gym with a variety of programs, and the excellent breakfast served in the beautifully decorated restaurant—it's nearly perfect!

FranceAlthough the terrace is nice, there are no fences or other security measures put in place to separate the hotel and the public area surrounding it.
The hotel’s location is great, only a few minutes away from Tallinn’s landmarks. The breakfast offers a lot of variety and the outdoor seating is nice. My children loved the waterpark, which was composed of two swimming pools (one for kids and one standard), two jacuzzis, four water slides, and one inflatable play area. It was definitely the highlight of the hotel for us.

FinlandAt night, cars drive very fast through the street next to the hotel, this was kind of loud. It didn't bother us last time at all, so this problem is maybe just in some rooms.

FinlandOne thing that left bothering me was that I took the more expensive superior room because I wanted the room with bathtub and wrote it to the info. But as we came to check in little bit before 15 we were told that there is no rooms available with bathtubs. I'm just wondering how can you then get a room with bathtub because first you need to pay for the more exensive superior room and then you can just wish for the best. I would not have taken the more expensive room otherwise but the bathtub was one big part of the trip for me and my son. So we are both really unhappy with that one.
The hotel and waterpark were nice and we did not have any issues. Breakfast was good and had many choises.
