Wi-Fi was not very good, was difficult to listen music or watch film, but that’s extra wishes, we can live also without it all.

I wasn't there personally, but due to a project we had near-by I can say that everything was easy & comfortable. Employee who stayed there was satisfied and we would accommodate ourselves in Kotkapesa apt next time as well.

It's not a con per se, but I would add a small reading light in the living room to make it more cosy. And maybe a Netflix access. And a salt that you can add when cooking because the current one worked too slowly. Just ideas, loved everything.

Apartament had EVERYTHING. All the possible kitchen utensils you can think of, teas, coffee, spices. Very clean. Extra towels, blankets etc. The couch can be turned into bed, although not the comfiest I can imagine, but will do. Would absolutely come back. You can see that the apartment has a soul in it. The owners live next door.

There was only to minus in the area (has not so much to do about this very nice apartment) The neighbors longer down at the street was a not the most kindly people, there was a Episode one evening when i parked my car at the parking place, then there was older lady was shouting out of he window that i was not allowed to park where there was a able parking spot. and of cause i find another spot longer away from there, because i was there only for 2 week. Another episode for one of my Vestas colleague, in another building was, some body has leaking his tires at his car.. Please for the People in Kivöli Respect the workings there are making some tasks for your Territory, thing if you have been another locations in another county where the locals was behaving like that. i know not 2 persons should make a town making bad. (this Episode has been reported for the local Police in kivöli) and the Vestas employer was one of our HSE Officers, not good. But the rest of the Town has always been kindly to Use there has installed the Aidu Wind farm.

There are a few things that could be improved. The lighting, for example is too dim in the bedroom and in the kitchen. When you shower, make sure you remove all mats from the floor if you don't want to find them soaked afterwards. When cooking, I missed more room to place food and utensils in the kitchen.A larger table or surface would do. The small white table in the living room is not stable...make sure you carefully avoid to place any liquid upon it. The curtains in the living room and kitchen are not so easy to use. All minor issues, anyways.

The host waited for me at the building door and let me in providing all possible information about the apartment and the neighbourhood before giving me the keys.For any need or inconvenience keep in mind that the host lives in the apartment next door and will always promptly answer to your phone call.The apartment is pretty spacious for single use and can be compared to a private suite on the 9th floor with spectacular views on the park in Kivioli. Obviously there is an elevator, even if not excessively modern : ) .There are at least 4 supermarkets within 5 mins walk range and the train station is just 10 mins walk away.The apartment has been recently renovated and it boosts, together with the views a comfortable balcony and a fully equipped kitchen.The pictures are actually worse than the real apartment.A compact washing machine is available in the bathroom.There is a sauna that can be booked for a fee.

The land lady was very friendly. She met us at the apartment to go through features. And was easily reachable if needed any help.

Apartment is owned by a lovely couple who were very helpful and welcoming. Everything worked perfectly well, apartment was clean and quiet. Grocery store just downstairs. Sauna available for extra fee. We were travelling with pets, place is dog-friedly.
