Great apartment with a sauna.

When we were going to check in, our apartment was already occupied by a German couple. The host wasn’t answering our calls or messages. Luckily they informed us that they may had mixed up the floors and we moved to their original apartment by using their code. Our stay was great, but after all this situation, it really messed up our mood after a long day on the road. Also I couldn’t heat up the sauna enough or I just don’t have enough skills for it, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I liked everything. Host was very friendly and communication was clear. There is an electrical sauna which was really nice to use. Living room has big tv. There is a modern kitchen for you to use. Restaurants, food store and lake were all very close, just a small walk away.

Location was great!

The only downside was that the hallway leading to the apartment had a really bad smell (probably from the neighbours. With no air conditioning and keeping the windows open in the evening the smell came in (from downstairs windows that were open too).

Cosy, tidy, nice apartment. Clean. We liked everything about our stay with the kids. I give this rating because the children had play things, spaciousness, and it was brilliant, nowhere like this. Sauna. Convenient kitchen. Large icebox.Nice communication with the owner. Helpful person.

1. we couldn't find the room because the door we had to go in was marked 1-7. But our apartment number was 10. It took us 20 minutes to get there. This should be solved to make it easier for others. 2. the floor was cool, with little ones running around with bare feet I would recommend keeping the room warmer. But there was an extra heater, that's good. 3. something was wrong with the wifi which was indicated in the communication. we could not find it. 4. beautiful kitchen, but it would be nice to have sugar ( not in cubes) and normal salt, because when we cooked the prosecco we bought, we didn't think to buy it. small but useful things. 5. There were no napkins or towels left to clean the tables or dishes with. It was inconvenient. A few napkins in a paper roll. 6. There was no hair dryer. It's nothing special, but if you have to check out early in the winter, it takes extra time to, not leave the apartment with wet hair.

Really nicely decorated and spacious apartment. Convenient no- contact entrance. Great location- everything in walking distance to explore Võru.

The drain in the shower was cloggy so the water went away really slowly. Wifi password that was provided did not work, but that's not really a big problem

This is a spacy appartment with sauna. It was recently remodelled and very clean. Kitchen is well-equiped if you want to cook yourself. Windows keep street noise out yet with windows open some noise may distrub. The house looks awful outside but do not let it guide: The appartment is excellent.

We had no preinformation on access yet this was resolved by a phone call.

They made the whole process so easy for a last minute booking. The place was incredible. 10/10
