Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesAgain, the sound from the bar across the street was maddening at 3:00 a.m. also, we would have liked to have a hot water kettle in the room to make it to your coffee.
The location was quite convenient. Breakfast was also very nice. The room was comfortable. However, the double pane glass could not dampen the sound of Alien Bar across the street that played music well into the morning. If you stay here, be sure to ask for room not on the street.

FinlandThe Hotel is located in the ❤ of Tartu closed to reach everything in a walking distance also there is a parking lot around the corner and you can get a ticket for 24 hours or more if needed... the rooms are spacious and comfortable breakfast is exceptional really you got everything what you wish for even a glass of prosecco or if you have a hangover there is also a beer for you.... Come and stay and you won't be disappointed...

It is really a little bit "oldschool"fashion but still, location is very, very good , hotel has car parking and breakfast is excellent. It is in Tartu Old Town center you can go arround by feet. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel has so much positive things that old fashion is not a problem. We will be back here if will be in Tartu. Thanks!

LatviaI did not see any information that we need to add additional bed in booking app even though i ordered a room for 3, 2 adults and a kid. We had two separate beds but we pushed them toghether and the three of us had a well enough sleep. But yeah that is a minus.
The breakfast is AMAZING. So many options and flavors of everything. Even beats last hotel i visited in Germany. Good and comfy beds and good enough setup overall. The building location is amazing, and the noise from the local cafes was not even a distraction.

The location was very good, the staff was super friendly, breakfast was amazing! As we arrived on sunday the parking was free in tue area, otherwise please consider that the price is 3 euro per hour if they do not have enough space for the cars.
