This is an amazing hotel. The service was incredible personal. The staff remembered my room by heart. This is the most enjoyable hotel I have ever stayed at. All the group felt the same. I will go there juat to relax wn the near future. Benedikt

If there was something then maybe that the mattress was a bit thin but I still skept okay. The shower seems like it needs a bit of an update. Still worked fine though :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and tasty! Hotel room was clean, of course a little old interior but still comfortable and has character. I stayed in the sauna suite room and I highly reccomend it. It was so nice to have access to the sauna every night.

Breakfast were with sufficient choices. Location is close enough to train station (10 - 15 minutes walking distance). The stuff was very friendly towards pets. Our Lithuanian hound like the stay as well

We were made to feel so so welcome by the staff. We did not catch her name but she wore fantastic red tights! We needed to dry our cycling clothes and she went out of her way to offer us her tumble drying facility. In addition, the room was large, comfortable and quiet. The evening meal was excellent and the breakfast was good. Fully recommend!

I don't really have anything detrimental to say. The hotel is old school style so if you go with right expectations, you shouldn't have any problems.

The building is very beautiful and the taxidermied animals just made it more whimsical. The room was rather small and old school but nevertheless charming. The receptionist/breakfast attendee was kind and helpful. Free parking was a plus. I thought the breakfast was more than good with some variety.

Very nice hotel, clean and cosy. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are equipped with table, chairs, wardrobe - everything you need for a short stay. Location is good enough as well. There also is a good restaurant in the hotel.

the shower was absolutely terrible, they should change the sprinkler. Also, all those stuffed animals are a bit too much, it looks more like a natural history museum than a hotel

THe morning breakfast is good but does not have plain yoghurt. When I pointed this out, they said they could always provide kefir, which was indicated nowhere.

The presence of a traditional Estonian restaurant with lots of space. There you can invite friends and visitors to meet.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like to be honest.

Wonderful staff, comfy room, great atmosphere and the food is absolutely top drawer…….better than food I’ve paid 3 times more for in London. Location is excellent with a park opposite and a short stroll into town. A modest price for my favourite hotel in Estonia so far.

This is a lovey old hotel with great staff, a good breakfast and comfortable bed. The room wasn't huge but had character.

We loved staying in this hotel, which is set in a park and has a very nice municipal park across the road. The room was very comfortable and quiet, parking was super easy. The hotel restaurant had a good choice of meals at lunch and dinner. Best of all we enjoyed our host who handled everything with plenty of dry humour from check-in to restaurant ordering and was there from morning to late evening - we weren't sure if she ever took a break! Valga is really just a rest stop rather than a destination but staying at the hotel is worth the visit.
