Good apartment. Was clean and comfortable. But owner or manager should improve communication style with clients, even with those who stay only one night and have questions, and put better utensils, baking pan was unusable and dishes were weared out - I did expect better in this regard.

I would rather have a good coffee machine than a huge TV, but that is matter of opinion, I guess 😊

New and very clean apartment. Great location, close to the city, university and short and nice walk to the museum and science center and yet in very quiet neighborhood. Bus stop is very close, if needed. Very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen (but I missed coffee machine). Easy access by code.

Only slight issue with the heat - we tried to adjust the fan/air con and it just didn’t seem to go any colder. Contacted host via message but it was over the weekend and didn’t hear back. No real issue as there were still slight bursts of cooling air but not great.

The location and also cleanliness of the apartment were brilliant. Myself and my 3 children loved staying here as we could walk to the centre but was also close to supermarkets and other restaurants too. Tartu is a lovely city and we were very grateful to have lovely accommodation to view this from.

Messages from the host were automatic only, we did not receive any feedback at all to our messages via Booking (also for another apartment by the same host). In addition, this apartment is great for a short stay if you don't expect to cook much. Some essentials, like the possibility to make your morning coffee, were missing. I personally also hated that I had to hang my dresses in the cupboard where they kept the vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment. A trash bin is missing in the bathroom.

A nice and modern apartment in a great location. Surprisingly quiet considering the high traffic street nearby. A nice little playground for the kids. A really clean place, what you see in the photos is what you get.

More hooks or possibility to hang up towels in the bathroom would be great. We had two rather hot days (30+ degrees) in Tartu and there’s no AC in the flat. It was quite warm inside then to sleep at night, even with windows open. Cooler days, no problem.

Great kitchen facility and utilities. Very new apartment. Awesome location, walking distance of both old town and Estonian national museum, playground on premises, comfortable bed, nice outdoor seating on deck. Washing powder, dishwasher tabs and shower gel, shampoo was provided! Thanks.

You can hear noise from the road. May be a little uncomfortable for people of short height. It would be nice to have some tea and a place to put rinsed dishes when you don't put them in the dishwasher.

Clean and spacious apartment with pleasing interior and functional equipment. Our stay was nice and warm despite cold temperatures outside! No problem with check in - simple and understandable instructions. Good localisation and space for car in the parking.

Instructions on how to get in the apartment could be more detailed, we did not have the code for the outer door, altough we had inner door code, we had no instructions how to enter it. It would be nice to descrive it so the clients do not have to trouble the host. Also there was no oil in the kitchen.
