Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I liked all, but suggestions for future - it’s be nice, if in centre possible to get some massage treatments.
Very nice spa centre with different saunas. Room is small, but very comfortable.

There was not a restaurant and we were there on monday, city is small, could not eat anywhere. And in the rooms there was not a refrigerator, so could not buy any food and eat in the evening.

Sofa bed could be more comfortable if it hadn't been to different cushions with small gap beteen.
Overall very good. Breakfast was good, room clean. Unlimited access to spaa was very convenient. Bathrobes in rooms come according to visitors age, infant size is super adorable.

Only disadvantage was a bit too warm water in the 25m pool.
Super cool new place in a nice surroundings. Swimming pool and saunas. Lovely family room for 3 people, beautiful bathroom. Very good breakfast.

Nothing!
The Spaahotel was built since our last visit to Tõrva in 2018 and a tremendous bonus for us, 5 of us travelling in a people carrier, including 2 teenagers, who enjoyed the use of the pool and the jacuzzis, while the older ones the saunas. Our grandchildren loved its closeness to the lake where they thrilled us jumping off the third and fourth boards. A great playground area and lovely walks in the woods. Breakfasts are plentiful and ably served by very pleasant and helpful reception. This hotel is within walking distance to where our relatives live, and a few minutes' drive to town centre. We loved our 3 night stay at Veemõnula Spaahotell in Tõrva!

It's a lovely, calm, and peaceful spa for anyone who wishes to recover from a busy life in South Estonia. The spa is easily accessible by car, if you plan to use public transport it'll be a bit complicated. They have used modern technology to make your stay as convenient as possible. You get a hand-wrist electronic key that records your food and drink orders so no need to carry the wallet around. The pool and saunas were great! Don't expect luxury meals but decent, wholesome, and tasty home grubs. The staff was excellent, friendly, and accommodating. We will certainly return as it's a perfect place to escape from a busy life and to wind down.

The reception/breakfast area could do without the constant stream of cartoons on a large TV screen. There is no need for more screen time when there are so many amazing activities for kids at the hotel!
The SPA area is great and can be used both in the evening and in the morning. My 3-year-old loved the children's pool, it felt very safe. The staff was very kind and helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.

View from the room wasn’t great (wall of an opposite building). Could use a mini fridge in the room. Shower flooded half of the bathroom probably because drainage was a bit slow and water flew out from beneath the shower door.
Nice, fresh and clean hotel. Good Spa and sauna area. Nice breakfast - minimal but sufficient.

In the room, surface of table was slightly swollen by previous guests (probably someone put something hot on surface). But in general room is very good and suitable.
New building, wonderful location (forest and lake nearby) and very cozy spa with forest view. Breakfast small, but very tasty! Sometimes you do not need wide choice, just a good breakfast.
