Great location. Flat is big and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking outside free of charge.

Be careful with this booking, read all rules very carefully. You will be asked to pay security deposit to host bank account, this message you will receive in last moment, when it will be too late to cancel your booking. We had a dog with us and host kept 20€ from deposit, which is understandable, but communication is slow and we received the rest of deposit back not upon check out as was promised. Expect to wait with the deposit return and play ping pong a bit. Considering that flat is very tired and has many things broken and not working, this deposit rule is very strange, seems it is just there to rip you off. Also flat is not clean, you need your own bedding and towels. I would say it is not worth it, better to pay exta for a better place where you dont need to bother sending money to host and later waiting it back. Not recommended, save your time and book elsewhere.

The apartment is for a bachelor who does not cook and only looking for a place to sleep

The owner is a con artist. He asked for a 50 Euro room deposit that he kept despite the apartment being clean and left in the same condition we received it. If you book this room ,expect an extra charge that he promises to return but will not , we have rented dozens of properties never been charged a deposit and of course never swindled like this. Avoid this property and owner.

The accommodation is in a good location, there are parks and shops nearby. Parking is free.

In the apartments, you should think about household items, pots, pans, dishes. There were not enough dishes for the family.

It was ok for one night stay, however, we did not notice the deposit and it took some time to manage it and later to get it back. It fits a lot of people and is okayish. The price is good for the vicinity.

It was complicated to get the key. When we entered, it was smelly and needed ventilation. We did not understand the need for the deposit, as many things where broken already and not really fresh. Kitchen lacked basic things and it was not really comfortable to spend free time there.

We liked the location of the apartment. The apartment was spacious. Everything needed was in there, also toys and books for children.

Some beds were not particularly comfortable. The apartment was cleaned a bit superficially. We found hair in the shower and dust on the table in one of the rooms.

Walking distance from the city center. Easy to find free parking for a car. Good price.

The location is very good, close the center! Tartu is a beautiful city.

I am writing the truth about my impressions, don’t let the owner be offended! Very budget apartments, requires care and attention! Clean, but not cozy. Broken table, electric cooking plate is very difficult to use. The owner takes a deposit 50 eur for the duration of your stay. The deposit must be requested earlier, at least 2-3 days in advance, and not at the last moment.

+ Good location, silent and quiet area, close to the centre (walking distance)- good place for a stay for a family with kids. Free and available parking. Easy getting in at the arrival.

Information about safety deposit only one day before arrival. One cannot request a safety deposit if there are so many broken things in the apartment without having them marked somewhere. Still waiting for my deposit return and I have no idea if the host knows how much is already broken and out of work in his apartment.

It was clean and all necessary for stay. Good location.

Spacious appartment. Good heating, it was warm inside. Quite wide double beds. Basic kitchen tools, fridge available. Easy key collection. Good, quiet location. Liked that there were also some children books and DVD.

Supprised by the need for safety deposit (this was a small print probably missed when booking). Furniture a bit worn out, but nothing major.
