We traveled during the time when the weather took a sudden turn to the colder side. It was really cold in the room until we got the heater. The ventilation in the bathroom is not very good, bathroom was all wet and moist even after a few hours from the time of the shower. But these are just very minor inconveniences which are associated with the older buildings, so it was not bothering us at all.

It was a very nice hotel with an interesting interior. The owner was keen to talk over a coffee when I arrived and when I left, and was very interesting. I was also surprised to find out that King Charles had stayed there on his visit to Tartu.

The room was so cold, I was provided a small radiator but the central heating didn't work despite pumping up max - I didn't check with the owner as I found out only late at night. They also did some work in the next door bathroom so it was quite loud. The bed is small and too bouncy? All in all - cute place, but maybe not the best if you're looking for comfort in winter.

Gorgeous room! Well-thought-out space and decor. Clean, welcoming. Very quiet residential neighborhood, but very close walking distance to grocery chain and train station. Possible to walk to old town centre and shopping mall.

With your own car, the location is ok. The room was small and nice for two people to sleep. I got an additional heater when it was cool (starting flu so I was cold). The bathroom was really clean and beautiful. Hot water came right away and everything worked well. Nice French furniture and the host helpful friendly polite. I know where to stay next time in Tartu.

We were the only people staying in an otherwise deserted 12 bedroom hotel where even the reception area was locked off with huge wrought iron railings with padlocks. Although the lights came on as we walked through the building we still had to use the torches on our phone to see to the bedroom door. The room we were given was small, decoration was very dated, there was no air conditioning and no mosquito net at the windows so it was not safe to open them, so it was very hot. The owner was very proud that. 30 - 40 years ago prince Charles stayed there — we suspect that it had not been decorated since. There was no breakfast and no offer of one. It was grossly overpriced for what it was.

I think I got a room where the toilet was broken, and the whole room smelled weird. The other guests I met lived the place, so it might have been a problem with my room.

It wasn't too clean. Also, they had to come after a while waiting for them, apparently they "thought" we weren't going to go, for some strange reason.

It's an old house somewhat interesting, with a good garden and old stuff.
