    “We had a great time. The staff were amazing and very helpful specially Azza (cleaning lady), Youstina (customer relations), Ahmad and Abdalrahman (swimming pool lifeguards), Marwa (service lady), Mustafa and Fareed (waiters) and finally Islam on the front desk. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We will definitely be back again. All staff in general were amazing and extremely helpful. Well done, everyone 👏”
