Location was good. The property is not on the beach. It is perched above the beach and you need to go down a steep slope to access.

The apartment was ok, but the pics are not indicative of the room we got. The bedroom was up a ladder, not a staircase, and had a strange door. The railing was about 30cm high. It is very dangerous to climb up and down. The shower was very small. We did not end up staying and left the next day.

Simple but super cozy apartment, very spacious and well equipped. It seems to be fairly new and was is a great value for price. The property has a backyard overlooking the sea from which you can access the beach (in a quite steep way). Great value for money!

As a guesthouse it is not identified so if you are arriving late can be hard to find. Make sure you have the owner number, he was very helpful

Beautiful and comfortable rooftop apartment with everything one needs to be happy, and a spectacular large private terrace where to sit with a coffee and watch the sea on one side and the town and mountains above the desert on the other side. Amazing! The location is definitely the best I experienced in Sharm, in the fancy neighbourhood of Hadaba, with shops of all kind, but on a tranquil shoreline street by the sea. There's also a beautiful private beach that can be accessed by the back gate... Amazing views and serenity! Last but not least, the owner, the staff, and even the next door neighbour are some of the kindest people I met and went above and beyond to make sure that my time at the guesthouse was perfect❤️ I recommend 100 percent!

Love the house, great location. Fit a family of 4 adults in two bedrooms and a living room sofa bed. Love the big fridge freezer. The host is extremely kind and generous and a breath of fresh air. Snorkeling is a must here. Enjoyed it more with my family than Ras Mohammed! I went all the way to Sharm El Sheikh from the UK just for it's world renound snorkeling and this place was just the best out of several locations we went to. You can snorkel as long as you like here without any guides rushing you. Unlike taking a tour which only gives you like 30 minutes max with no freedom, here you can spend hours relaxing.

A bit difficult to get down the cliff to the sea if you can't walk well but there is a path once you find it and my 65 year old mum had no problem. It's a good workout to be honest with the best motivation behind it. And not exactly related but as a tip to other snorkeling lovers, if you want a snorkeling tour maybe avoid tours with divers as they focus on diving rather than snorking and see you as an extra. If possible try and get a snorkeling tour with no divers.

The location was absolutely beautiful ❤️ staff was friendly and helpful but the house keeping does not understand English so it was bit tough to communicate. But the owner did speak English. The bed was okay and ac was good. The place was near to the beach, Farsha cafe like 10mins walk, near to shops where you can buy water (10 EGP 1L) and snacks.

The room was not cleaned before handing over to us. The bedroom was in upper floor with a steep staircase to climb up which I felt not safe especially when I was sleepy trying to go to washroom in the middle of the night. The bathroom was so tiny and was not cleaned before handed over to us. Hairs and dirt everywhere. It was not enough space for the commode and the shower. No space to turn around and the bathroom door was a sliding one which did not fit at all. The bedsheets were not changed and had hairs everywhere. After I complained, the housekeeper cleaned the room. Overall it was not worth what I paid for.

    Property response:

Thank you for your feedback. I truly regret that our cleaning did not meet your expectations, even after arranging a re-clean and extending our apologies. We did our best to address your concerns promptly and also offered you a very good price for your stay, hoping to provide both value and comfort. While it’s disappointing we couldn’t fully satisfy you this time, I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish you a pleasant remainder of your stay

Convenient for one night. Little beach is cute. The host was helpful with finding our driver.

The sheets were not super clean or confortable, the area is not what I expected, only touristy restaurants or nothing, there is nothing around the guesthouse. No water or soap. No help to visit around so we were a bit lost.

The sea is spectacular. Corals and amazing sea life in front of you.

One of the rooms was upstairs and access was difficult in those stairs. The room was for adult people but it looked so difficult for them that I had to change rooms with them so that they had the better house. The problem is not the room, for some people it will not be a problem, but at least we should be aware of this before. We did not know about it.

The staff was lovely. They smoothly handled our very late check-in and allowed us to leave our luggage at the house for a couple of hours after checkout. The place was clean. The garden which is directly connected to the beach was great.

The limber hole of the shower was stuck and the water was collected there. Also the refrigerator was not working for some reason. If we stayed any longer we would have wanted these fixed.

It was an unforgettable journey. Villa is located on the first coastline, we were living in the two-story room with terrace and sea view! There is everything you need for a comfort living. You can also use washing machine for small charge. Here you can find two beaches with reef, in where you can enjoy the beauty of underwater world! Locals told me that reefs were bigger six years ago, but human intervention leaded to coral death. Please do not step on corals and do not destroy the beauty and uniqueness of the Red sea! Wish you have a nice journey!

Big. clean room fully equiped, walking distance from all shops needed, quiet and safe area, fiew steps from a very quiet beach non-crowded (don't forget sea shoes because its rocky) and few minutes away from the famous el Fanaar beach and old Egypt market. The staff is excellent and give us all information we asked about the area and our stay. See you next year and thank you for your hospitality!!!
