We had to drive to a beach because the public one near the apartment was very busy, but we also went during busy season. The owner gave us great suggestions and found some nice spots.

The view was amazing. It was very enjoyable to drink a coffee before and after going to the beach each day. There was a lot of space, we had 4 adults and 3 children and were very comfortable. Communication was great and the owner and property manager checked in with us regularly if we needed anything.

The toilet floor is leveled with the living room floor, therefore water tend to seep out from underneath the door.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was great and the balcony was onlooking the Mediterranean sea which was fantastic.

The apartment has lots of potential if the owner spends some time effort and money on the upkeep of the apartment. It definitely needs deep cleaning and organizing. And some minor fixing and repairs as other travelers mentioned.

The host was very gracious to allow us early check in and to work with us our booking modification. The property has a beautiful view of the sea and it is very centrally located. washing machine was very useful for our trip.

We couldn’t even stay and left the apartment soon after we arrived. No towels and hairdryer at all, and only gave notices of the towels few days before we arrived, we were already in the middle of our traveling so can’t even prepare. The entire room smells like sewer, which is really unbearable and the main reason we decided to leave. It’s also cold as we only have thin blankets for sleep, my hands were very cold. The street outside was noisy. I am wondering how all the good reviews come from.

I would suggest property owner to send a guideline how to go the place, it was challenging for foreigners to find it. When the wind is strong you could hear loud and clear something hitting the balcony window. The washroom equipment was rust!

1- The kitchen was terrible, no facilities, so small and not easy to use., very old pots, no cups!, no plastic containers, very limited equipments for a kitchen!it was the worst kitchen ever in any place we went to before despite being alot cheaper! 2- we need a small turkish coffee pot , we asked for it and someone went into the house while we were at the beach and put it inside the house without telling us! He entered the house while we were in the beach! 3- The jacuzzi is useless, not heated! Which can't be practical or useful while added as a facility and included in price! 4- Overall overpriced for the service given and facilities

The points I'm listening to here are improvements and suggestions The kitchenware needs to be renewed and replaced The bathrooms need more attention. The balcony needs better chairs. Please make'em 6 chairs.

The ultra-wide cinematic sea view and the lovely, wonderful breezy balcony make this apartment a delightful retreat. Spend your entire day on the balcony without needing to step outside; it provides ample shade during daylight hours and comfortably accommodates up to six people. The location is strategically positioned, granting easy access to most attractions within a few minutes' walk. The only exception is the beaches, which are scattered along the city's shores. Inside the apartment, spaciousness reigns supreme—it can comfortably host up to nine people. During our stay, four adults and four children moved around freely, enjoying the generous space. Communication with the owners was fast and efficient, and our requests were promptly fulfilled.

Bad reception : we booked and paid online and expected this will be someone at the reception waiting. Turns out there is no reception or anyone we can contact. Not easily - we found the address and try to go up, security blocked us from going in like we are intruders, also he doesn’t speak any English so it’s really difficult communication and we stuck there for more than 1 hour. When we finally managed to have the apartment manager came, he doesn’t know if we paid or not and asked us to pay again. Bad facilities: Washing machine is old and doesn’t work. After I put soap on the clothes then I found out it doesn’t work. I had to take them out and hand wash all of them (because it has soap!) Lousy service: the blanket they provide is not enough for the weather so I used my own blanket on top. At the end I forgot to take my blanket so I contacted the apartment owner saying that I left it at the apartment wishing to get it back. She said she will talk to the team and then I never heard back from them.

My wife and myself had a really wonderful exceptional experience by staying in this very unique property managed by a very efficient team. The roof is looking at a wide panoramic view … coupling the extend blue sky with the Turquoise color sea water and white sandy beaches of Matrouh ..from the history hidden in Rommel Island in front of you to the main landmarks of the city. The management team was very efficient and welcoming. The big jacuzzi in the master bedroom and the tow nice fountains in the roof made a difference. We are now preparing for a longer stay in the same property.

The condition of the apartment and the cleanliness are disappointing. I would wait for something completely different if the property has 9.3 points. According to the owner, the property will be closed soon for renovation but according to the comments, this was the case 2 years ago too and it hasn't happened since then. Another thing, the condition and the cleanliness are two different, independent things: the flat could be clean without renovation. There was some trouble with checking out too, but let's say it was a single case.

The location is perfect as the flat is in the centre. The view from the balcony is nice. The flat is equipped with many things - you just don't want to use them for hygienic reasons.
