It's not my first time at the hotel. Everything is beautiful

Flies in the restaurant must be careful. Boring Animation ask for money in a ridiculous way. Annoyance is present a lot

The staff was friendly, clean and the activities were nice.

Some guests were entering the pool in casual clothes such as jeans, shirts, t-shirts and some in both boxers and shorts. It was not hygienic or nice at all. At the adult water park, the boats were very slow to be carried up, and due to a lack of staff, no one was able to control the queue, so the queue was always mixed up. Furthermore, employees hit guests in the head 4-5 times while carrying the boats over the guests and throwing them into the water.

I would like to share my disappointing experience at this hotel. While the facilities themselves were generally good, the security was extremely poor. My watch was stolen from the pool area, and unfortunately, when I asked for support, the security team was completely unhelpful and careless. To make matters worse, the hotel cameras do not even cover all areas, which is shocking for a place of this size. The staff at security showed zero cooperation, and there was no proper coordination between Aqua Blu and Aqua Magic hotels, despite both being connected. Even the reception teams were unorganized and did not communicate with each other. This is unacceptable. Guests should feel safe in a hotel, but here the opposite is true. Not only was my watch stolen, but I also learned that other guests had similar theft incidents on the same day. Sadly, some guests were also impolite, which made the experience even worse. We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The facilities are excellent, with large, clean pools that are perfect both for relaxing and for family fun. The all-inclusive package was great, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty food and drinks. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and had a lovely view. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday that left us with the best impressions — we would definitely come back!

Too many flies. Golf car service should be fast. Animation shows are not fun they start on dates that are not written dates There is a person whose style is environment when he talks. Food needs to be improved

We stayed for 7 days and 6 nights at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh, and it was simply amazing! The hotel was very clean, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service was excellent. This place is truly kids’ heaven – there are so many pools for children and endless water park adventures to enjoy. On top of that, guests can also access Blu Aqua Park for free, which made our stay even more fun. Everything you need is right there – great facilities, entertainment, and even wonderful night shows that kept the whole family entertained. Special thanks to the staff who made our stay memorable: •Reception staff: Khalid Awad – very welcoming and helpful. •Cleaning staff: Mahmoud – kept our room spotless and always with a smile. Golf service is not fast animation treatment silly boring The sound is very loud they force the person to get up from his place to do the activity There is no professionalism in dealing There are too many flies in the lobby.

Cleanliness: Room cleanliness was excellent, and any missing items were promptly provided by housekeeping. Public restrooms, the lobby, and the pool restroom were very clean, and the other hotel restrooms maintained a high level of cleanliness. Staff & Service: Outstanding service from all staff, from reception to transport drivers, waiters, and pool attendants. Everyone was polite, helpful, and respectful, especially the golf cart drivers who, despite being few, were always friendly and smiling. Restaurants & Food: Main restaurant dinner was good, with greater variety on weekends. Desserts and cakes were delicious and not just for display. Moroccan "Tagine" restaurant was an excellent experience with great food, available for one free booking per guest. Breakfast was varied and satisfying (pancakes, bread, omelets, eggs…), except for juices which could be improved. Lunch was average but met expectations; the snack bar near the rooms was very tasty. Aqua Park & Pools: A huge variety of slides and pools for all ages, including special areas for children and toddlers. Access to the Aqua Park and facilities of the neighboring Albatros Aqua Blu hotel was included, with free food and drinks. Lifeguards were present at every slide, with good organization and clear rules for single or group use. Entertainment: Daily activities at the pool (yoga, ball games, dancing, and other sports) and evening shows at the large theater, plus children’s shows and occasional lobby performances. Wi-Fi: Relatively good (8/10), with occasional slowdowns, but sufficient for normal use. Location: Situated in Hadaba, 5 minutes from the Dolphin area, 15 minutes from Naama Bay, and 30 minutes from Soho Square. Value for Money: Very good compared to the services and facilities provided. Lobby Bar: Excellent service and delicious drinks, with special mention to Ahmed for his outstanding hospitality.

1. Internal Transport: Limited number of golf carts and unclear train schedules caused some delays during peak times. Staff remained friendly and professional despite this. 2. Poolside Bars & Snacks: While accessible to all guests, variety was sometimes limited, some snacks were dry or minimal, and a few outlets closed early. The snack bar near the rooms was much better in quality. 3. Second Dinner Restaurant (next to the main one): Needs complete refresh and re-organization, with more variety and avoiding closing the buffet while guests are still eating. 4. Nighttime Quietness: Occasionally, sounds or activities could be heard from the hallways if other guests left their doors open or talked outside, but this was not directed at us personally.
