Very good stuff just have a in Google Maps problem we take two hours to find a hotel but there is a stuff. What is the contact from hotel? He sent us different location and the way you come by here he call us and tell us the old road, then we reach the hotel hotel stuff is very good everyone checking and what you’re asking for bringing very fasts we like it too much

It was very clean. I liked design, it feels like home. AC, shower, breakfadt where good. There was large swimming pool, looked nice, though haven't tried myself

Mattress, or rather it's protection, was like from plastic. Not very comfy.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! Staying at Jewel Al Fustat Hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredible staff, especially the managers and supervisors, who showed the highest level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. They were always present, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. The rooms are spotless, well-organized, and every detail is taken care of with care and precision. The location is excellent – close to major attractions yet quiet and safe, making it ideal for both families and solo travelers. Services are top-notch, from the delicious and varied breakfast to the efficient room service and front desk assistance. Honestly, I highly recommend staying at this amazing hotel. It deserves more than five stars, and I’ll definitely return whenever I visit Cairo. Batoul Room 218

The room was very noisy indeed. Although right next to a major road the balcony door was just standard and did not block out any sound. Who is going to sit on a balcony 10m from a 6-lane road? Why not just seal the room with proper sound-proofing? We had to haul the mattress into the sitting room area to escape the noise.

The stuff was so polite, helpful and professional The room was very clean and the location is close to the ring road.

The floor was bit dusty. Also the breakfast was average and the restaurant was not adequately staffed

It's nice and new and you can sunbathe by the pool. The room service food is really good - I was impressed. The women working in reception during day time and warm and friendly, the same with the room cleaners. You are not disturbed when you put the don't disturb sign up.

Two main negatives - the first one being the BIG one: 1. Noisy. There's a wedding venue 30 meters away from the room. The first night there was a party there with loud music that didn't end until late. There was also loud music the third night but this time they ended at a reasonable hour. You can also hear the road but for me that was less of an issue as ear plugs fixed it. 2. Service. Staff lacks eye for detail. Some of them are very nice, others more cold. For example, the guy who runs reception in the evening complained about other guests to me 1 minute after I arrived at the hotel - unprofessional. They do not provide 5-star service, more like 3-star max. The excellent room service food was served 3 out of 4 times with plastic utensils that broke when cutting the meat/chicken. If you ask for 4 things to be delivered, 2 or 3 arrive, when calculating the bill for the meals they round up unfairly (like $11,1 becomes $12 etc.). The breakfast was poor. Weird since when you order food for room service it's super good - in fact the room service was the best thing about the hotel along with sunbathing possibilities.

Exellent location, if you want see Old Cairo, Citadel and a large number of museums, which is recommended to visit. I really enjoyed the service and quality of the dinner. The room is big and comfortable for my family. The best ratio of price and quality. Friendly staff. Best wishes and good luck for this hotel!
