Everything thing about the hotel is just superb 👌 , check in was fast , staff are pleasurable, very friendly. The entrance is really encouraging 👏 and decorations ,furniture are royal , going in style with the hotel . From there everything is very fulfilling, satisfactory: the rooms are spacious ,clean, beds very comfortable, room is full with all we needed and replenished daily .restaurants are every where with a wide variety of food & cuisines and drinks , staff is so nice , the food & drinks quality is awesome . The beech is great , pools are numerous, very clean and relaxing . The gym & spa are very nice , staff is really professional. It a really unforgettable vacation, we will sure come back again. ❤️

That said, I did feel the evening ambiance could be livelier — there were limited shows or entertainment options at night. Also, the shisha was quite pricey at €25, and the hotel’s location, while peaceful, required a ride (like Uber) to reach downtown areas.

Although the hotel offers a huge variety of food, the quality was unfortunately not as good as expected, and one of us even got sick.

Overall, a very large, beautiful and clean hotel with wonderful and caring staff! Our special thanks go to Mr. Mohammad (not entirely sure about the name – the night shift manager during our arrival) and to Mr. Ibrahim, who kindly allowed us both an early check-in and a late check-out, as well as giving us excellent advice about transportation and activities in the area. We also thank Mr. Ahmad for his very helpful recommendations, especially regarding activities and transportation within Cairo. All the staff were exceptionally kind and supportive — shokran kteer! The room was nice, clean and spacious.

It is super clean , every thing was marvelous and I didn’t see a clean one in my life like that , I was with my family half board the food was excellent plus the service inside the dining area was more than excellent ( I remember Mr. Mahmoud) one of the food service supervisor going from table to another asking everyone if he need a help and believe me all the stuff like that starting from the first day in the reception I give them exceptional 100/100

Room was so convenient the location overlooking. The Red Sea is so amazing .. the food is soo delicious and had a lot of varieties of different cuisines and the top thing there is the staff and their great hospitality.. I was offered a sea view room without asking .. check out process was so smooth and I found them preparing three lunch boxes for my family also without asking .. it was a real excellent experience that I’m looking forward to repeat.

Two staff workers in the main restaurant were extremely unprofessional and were speaking rudely as they thought I wouldn’t understand Arabic

In infinity pool which is the big one they are not allow burkiny however they replace this with another nice pool

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh, and it was a truly marvelous experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is excellent, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The infinity pool is simply stunning, and the food was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. What really stood out was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. A special thanks goes out to Abdulrahman, Samuel, and Ahmed Tarek, who made our visit even more memorable with their exceptional service. Overall, I can’t recommend this hotel enough and would love to return in the future.
