تقييم موثوق بهالخدمه اكتر من ممتازه من وقت ما دخلنا لغايه ما خرجنا سواء الريسبشن او المطعم او الclub house ماكولات ومشروبات ومتوفره طوال اليوم وجدا مرحبين ويخدموك وانت بمكانك ومن غير ما تطلب الفندق جدا واسع ومريح وعملوا لنا up grade وادونا سويت بدل غرفه والبحر حلو وواسع الفيو تحفه والصور هنا جميله
الشاطىء لازم تنزلوا بمصعد كعاده كل فنادق الباتروس بس دي حاجه اتعودنا عليها والشاطىء نوعا ما صخري بس بيتحول رملي مجرد ما تنزل ودا طبيعي لأننا فوق الهضبه الأكل كان حلو بس في افضل بس نظرا لانوا الأكل على مدار اليوم ست وجبات أساسيه صعب يوفروا أنواع كتيره غير الفنادق اللي وجبتين

Thank you from the heart to all the staff. Chef Atef, honestly, put us to shame with his humility and his more than excellent service. The animation guys are honestly above excellent and very friendly. The activities are very excellent from the animation guys. The sufficiency is excellent. The food is excellent and delicious.

Thank you from the heart to Mr. Ahmed at the reception and Chef Atef. The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is very nice and the food is delicious. Chef Atef surprised me with a Father’s Day cake. Thanks to all the staff. The internet is very fast. I extended my stay at the hotel because of the wonderful reception and staff there.

تقييم موثوق بهفريق العمل بالفندق هم بالفعل اكثر من ممتازيين (بالاخص شيفات المطعم) و فريق الاستقبال بالفندق اكثر من محترمين فريق الانيمشن جيد جدا ولكن اختيارات الاكل ليست كثيرة و الفندق يحتاج بعض التطوير للتناسب مع المجهود الرائع من فريق العمل.
الفندق يحتاج تطوير وتحديث للابنية و الغرف و التلفزيونات ولكنه نظيف جدا و اضافة بعض الالعاب.
