Recensione verificataStruttura fronte mare, bellissimo landscape e spazi ampi. Sharm vecchia raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 10 minuti. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile nel soddisfare ogni richiesta. Servizio di animazione, guidato dal simpaticissimo Castillo, sempre pronto a coinvolgere adulti e bambini con proposte varie che ha sempre cercato di far sentire tutti a casa.
Camere e ristoranti molto, troppo datati.

Recensione verificataResort oltre le aspettative per il prezzo pagato. La posizione è fantastica: la spiaggia (accessibile tramite un ascensore oppure delle scale) è molto confortevole e i pesci che si possono ammirare facendo snorkeling sono già molto belli, poi volendo a poche centinaia di metri c'è la coral bay. Inoltre la struttura ha un bellissimo panorama che non credo abbiano molti altri resort a Sharm. È una struttura davvero ben tenuta e lo staff è molto cortese e sempre a disposizione. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, c'è molta varietà e sicuramente non si rimarrà digiuni (qualcosa in stile italiano c'è, ma non aspettatevi piatti con un livello di qualità tipico italiano). Personalmente mi sono innamorata di questo posto e non vedo l'ora di tornarci appena possibile!

Recensione verificataStruttura molto bella pulita e curata nell'insieme a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, le camere sono di varia metratura e condizioni, noi alloggiavamo nella struttura centrale la più vecchia del resort, ma ci sono sezioni visibilmente più nuove con stanze a livello calpestabile. La camera si presentava datata, sicuramente necessità di ammodernamento, letto molto duro pur essendo abituato a dormire su materasso ortopedico questo è risultato davvero estremamente rigido, condizionatore rumoroso ma efficace. Attenzione camera accessibile tramite scale strette e gradini alti non dispone di ascensore la NS camera era al secondo piano, ma comunque pulita, fornitura di bottiglie d'acqua giornaliera, al nostro arrivo gradito cestino di frutta. Vista e ottimo panorama sul mare, piscina ed Old Sharm dal comodo terrazzino dotato di sedie, tavolino e stendino, Dispone di più piscine di cui una per bambini,tutte ben curate. Spiaggia facilmente raggiungibile con comodo ascensore, lettini ed ombrelloni troppo ammassati nella zona centrale vicino al punto di ristoro per trovare spazi adeguati dovete spostarvi al limite del confine, consiglio quello destro rispetto al mare meno affollato e silenzioso perché sul confine sinistro si svolgono le attività di animazione, se pur distanti dallo snack bar ci sono sempre dei ragazzi che offrono il servizio drink direttamente alla vostra postazione solo per i drink e non per gli snack questi ultimi disponibili solo all'orario stabilito minimali e di pessima qualità ma riguardo al cibo ne parlerò più avanti. Il mare antistante facilmente accessibile e delimitato da boe per contenere le varie attività acquatiche svolte nella baia, ciambelle di salvataggio sagolate al fondo disseminate un po' ovunque per la sicurezza dei meno esperti. Mare pulito e trasparente in base alle correnti. No barriera corallina . Zona poco ventosa. Servizio salvataggio attivo e security in spiaggia sempre presenti ed attenti.
Cibo: Viaggio spesso per il mondo e ho mangiato in posti al limite dell'umano, senza pretese e con spirito di adattamento ed inventiva nel combinare le pietanze disponibili, alla scoperta della cultura e dei sapori del posto, ma nonostante ciò qui ho trovato grosse difficoltà, limitandomi solo a mero nutrimento e non sicuramente ai piaceri della tavola. Nemmeno su pietanze locali. È la quinta volta che viaggio per l'Egitto e di piatti buoni ce ne sono. Fortunatamente ho trovato uno chef disponibile che ha fatto la differenza prodigandosi ogni giorno a preparare qualcosa di commestibile anche solo un piatto di formaggi e frutta elegantemente presentati. Grazie Ristorante italiano pubblicizzato inesistente. Sarebbe opportuno non menzionarlo. Non mi spiego i commenti positivi sul cibo, specie da altri italiani. Camere e bagni da rimodernare. Spazio tra i Lettini in spiaggia quasi inesistente (zona centrale). La spiaggia è utilizzata anche da ospiti provenienti da altre strutture che sbarcano ad ondate regolari in base agli orari del servizio navetta. Market comodo ma prezzi irragionevoli anche dopo contrattazione. Animazione ed intrattenimento prettamente per ospiti di origine Russa.

Al ristorante tanta scelta e piatti buoni e orari ampi, i ragazzi dello staff molto simpatici e gentilissimi, soprattutto Mohammed del bar e anche tutti i camerieri, siete fantastici ragazzi! Anche alla reception sempre disponibili, soprattutto Irina che parla anche italiano e ci ha riservato una accoglienza e trattamento speciale. Posizione e pulizia top, sicuramente ritorneremo.
Alla spa c’è un manager un po’ arrogante, ma è un’altra gestione rispetto all’hotel. Nell’hotel tutto perfetto!
