I stayed at Bianchi Hotel and really enjoyed my time there. The first thing that stood out was how clean everything was – from the rooms to the common areas. The decoration is tasteful and gives the place a relaxing vibe. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. And of course, the beach was absolutely beautiful – the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sea. Overall, a good experience that i can recommend.

The area itself is not really my cup of tea, but you can find whatever you need around here — even some delicious local beer.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very clean and well taken care of, with great attention to every detail. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming – it was truly a pleasure meeting them. I also had the honor of meeting the owner, which made my experience even more special. The stuff was very friendly and helpful

The staff were great. It's the first time a porter didn't take a tip from me when he carried my luggage up the stairs into my room for me. The receptionist was lovely and immediately responded to any queries I had. The owner was very accommodating and personally showed me where the private beach was. I was even gifted a ring when I checked in as well as a welcome drink. I loved that it was within a 2 minute walking distance of a private beach. The local shops are afew minute walk away. They have a coffee machine and serve lattes, which I was impressed by, given it's a small hotel. The room was spacious and had everything I required. Also, the balcony wasn't overlooked. I was impressed by the level of cleanliness. Probably one of the cleanest places I've stayed in, in Egypt (I've stayed in lots!). For a small hotel in the middle of a small town, it's fantastic.

I would have preferred a local breakfast and a choice of hot drinks as I don't like tea. But maybe they did have other options but I didn't know because of the language barrier. Some of the streets surrounding the hotel are awful, full of garbage. On the first day I was very nervous, but between the hotel and beach it's absolutely fine. You can get food delivered.

Our stay here was simply amazing ❤️ The staff went above and beyond, being so welcoming and flexible with our check-in and check-out requests. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Best of all, the beach was just steps away – so close and absolutely breathtaking. Everything was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Stuff very friendly , private beach

Electricity was off for complete 1 day about 12 hours

Nothing basically. It's not a place for tourists at all.

Beach was filthy. Water was dirty. Noisy. Rooms was not maintained. I have ended up leaving after the first night (booked for three nights). Not a place for tourists.

The beach is dirty. Thats not the hotels fault but its not too pretty. Also, there is some kind of guy that controls tickets and acts like its a private beach while its not. Why he does that is beyond my imagination as well.

We had a lovely experience at Bianchi Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and friendly. The reception area was organized and clean giving us a great first impression. Mr. Bassem was very helpful and made sure we had a perfect stay. The rooms were of adequate size with a good space to relax. Overall, the hospitality and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast’s quality was good, but the portions were small. We didn’t usually receive water with our breakfast. The only drink available after eating was tea, and while it was nice, not everyone enjoys tea—there could have been more options such as coffee. Also, unlike other hotels we’ve stayed in, there wasn’t an option for someone to come and clean the room during my stay, which would have been a nice service to have. With a few small improvements to the breakfast and cleaning service, this hotel would be even better.

The staff and the manager Mr Mohamed Saied are a real asset to the property. They would do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. Honestly I had no expectations since the property not even a one star but the staff service and their way to help and assist is a solid five star. Thank you very much

- I wished to have in property GYM Although they still give the option to gym access but not in the property. - maximum stay in the hotel can be 3 to 4 nights, I wish if itinerary could be arranged to be done in the city for longer stays guests.

We honestly loved everything about our stay at Bianchi Hotel. Superb staff, so polite, helpful and knowledgeable! Very tasty, fresh breakfast everyday. The rooms were absolutely amazing, very spacious, clean and had a feeling of luxury to them. The location is excellent too, just a minute walk to white sand beach! And also close to excellent restaurants, shops etc. The staff was extremely professional and polite, they were happy to help and go above and beyond without expecting any tips for their service. Me and my family definitely recommend this hotel to everyone planning on staying in Alexandria, if we come back to Egypt we'll definitely stay there again! Out of my 3 trips to Egypt, Bianchi Hotel is definitely the best hotel I've stayed at.

The private beach is good and is the advantage in the usually crowded beaches of alex

The Hotel is amazing, in front of the beach. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The manager is very kind, always atencious with all the requests of the clients. All the workers are very polite and helpful. They have the option of paid laundry too.

Everything was perfect. Location? Quiet, right next to the beach, clean. Room? I've never been in more spacious one, more like an apartment than a room. Cleanliness? Spotless. Breakfast? Oh my, tasty and large. Staff? Awesome, any wish will be taken care of. Great wifi. In short, great hotel run by wonderful people!
