The place was extremely clean and well organized, which made it really comfortable to stay in. You could tell a lot of care was put into keeping everything neat. The hosts Mr Mohamed and his son were wonderful — very welcoming, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my time there.I highly recommend this place and definitely will be coming back.

We had a wonderful week at Blumar 396. The resort is very safe and clean, with well-attended amenities, including several big swimming pools, a hotel, a supermarket and a regular (air-conditioned) bus to and from the beach. The latter is beautiful and not too crowded, except at the weekend. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés and shopping options outside the compound, only a short drive away. The flat itself was very clean, confortable, fully equipped and filled with some extras presented by Mr. Abdel Halim and his son, who were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Throughout our stay, they were in contact with us and checked we had everything we needed, they offered tips and information on the local options and even took time for a chat over tea. If you are looking for a family-oriented stay in the summer, we definitely recommend Blumar 396!

We spent 4 unforgettable days at Blumar Chalet in Sidi Abdelrahman and couldn't have asked for more. The chalet is spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained, with all the utilities you need, air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge), and a washing machine. The beds were comfortable with extra clean sheets, and each room felt fresh and inviting . The highlight was the balcony with its breathtaking sea view, it was the perfect spot for our morning coffee and evening chats. The private beach area and resort’s outdoor pool were a delight. We appreciated the beach's peace and space, and even spotted pet-friendly zones mentioned by other guests . What truly set our stay apart was the owner's hospitality. Mr. Mohamed and Omar were attentive, respectful, and incredibly generous. They responded promptly and professionally, ensuring everything was perfect from check‑in to check‑out. Why you’ll love it too: * Sparkling clean, well-equipped chalet with reliable AC and kitchen appliances. * Stunning balcony views over the sea. * Peaceful private beach and clean pool with lifeguard service. * Friendly, caring host who goes the extra mile. It takes about 10-15 mins walk to beach. Or you could liaise with shuttle bus Mahmoud but could be busy or in break at times. After two days I got used to the walk nice workout.

We spent an amazing holiday. We even extended one more night. We could have asked for more but it was booked. I could easily stay all summer. I donno where to start from. Host Omar and his dad was super responsive with clear instructions. They responded to plumbing emergency and got sorted immediately. Check in and check out are super friendly. It’s a family business better than any other option I looked into where you deal with agents and people who don’t care much about quality compared to 396 blumar. Super clean property. Facilities are in perfect shape. Fridge, Washmachine, Stove over and microwave are new and looked after. Spacious rooms. Bathrooms are clean and good gush of water. It’s the best balcony for an early morning coffee and all our evening chitchats. It’s first floor and facing seaside. Beach is clean and spacious. Good distance between umbrellas with plenty of chaise and chairs. We had our dog Molly she had the time of her life as they allow dogs in beach on the far right side. Lots of food options by seaside. Zalabya, ice cream, shawarma etc. outside of village across the street a nice restaurant called fawzy kababgy oh my god best grills I had in ages. Obviously I enjoyed it so much. Definitely coming again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The chalet was very clean and tidy. It contained all the needed facilities; air conditioners in each room, kitchen utensils, extra clean bed sheets, and the terrace is very wide with a nice view. Nevertheless, the compound is suitable for families. Finally, special thanks to the owner for the generous hospitality.

The apartment was generally not very clean. The bathroom specifically was dirty and we had to buy supplies to clean it ourselves. It was also disappointing that the basics were not provided for the stay, including new roll of toilet paper and some spare, kitchen basics like coffee and tea. Due to the fact that the apartment did not feel clean meant that we did not use the facilities that much. Also, the water got cold very quickly in the shower and there were periodic power cuts which were disruptive but out of the complex's control. Note that there are no lifts to get to the apartment but we managed with our suitcases easily.

The beds were comfortable and the living room and terrace were also a nice place to hangout. The general complex is well kept and maintained, with nice greenery and a pool. The hosts were hospitable and waited for us in the early hours of the morning to show us round, which was kind.
