The bed sheets were a bit harsh at first, but once we requested a change, they were promptly replaced with softer ones. The sand on the beach could have been better maintained and cleaned. the private pool needs to be daily cleaned since it is placed in a garden area.

The staff was amazing, very polite and welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly, offering a variety of daily activities for kids. The bathrooms were cleanand seems to be newly renovated, though the furniture could have been cleaner specially the living room sofas. The beach is beautiful, though a bit rocky, so I recommend bringing proper sea shoes. The restaurant food was delicious and offered daily variety; however, Friday’s menu did not quite meet expectations compared to the rest of the week. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with great hospitality and plenty of activities, especially for families with children.

I went there for my marriage anniversary and it was worth it. The property has this cosy feeling, very familiar, the staff is so helpful and always smiling. The restaurant is very clean and tidy, the food variety is very good. The head of restaurant is very polite and decent, we had an issue with a sushi roll and the next day he provided us with a complimentary sushi palette for our review😂 and it was sooooo good. House keepers are very polite and the superior room is a sea view. The adults swimming pool is an amazing idea, meditating and you feel you’re relaxing. For a first timer in Sokhna, it was a 💯💯💯 can’t wait for the next visit.

- I have been going to Cancun since it was under Accor, and I believe it’s the best hotel in Sokhna as a package. But this time I have seen real wear and tear in their suite. I saw the same 2 years ago in their Villa as well. I know they are renewing some rooms, but I think even if they will not renew all rooms, but they can do some touch ups to the existing rooms and this will be more than enough for a couple of more years. - The beach is very rocky. You must use beach shoes. - It’s at the Zaafarana area in Sokhna which means it is far away from the beginning of Sokhna road, but also it got better weather due to the wind there. Other than that, I will always choose Cancun in Sokhna.

- The food is AMAZING as always! I started my vacation on Saturday and it was their seafood day, and it was simply amazing having big crabs and shrimps and bunch of other options to satisfy all tastes. - Although I stayed in the suite this time, but they have a very good villas with private pools options. - The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. - The animation team is VERY good and they always have daily night activities that are really fun to the whole family. You can’t become bored there. I would like to thank Mr. “Mostafa Selim” the House Keeping manager for checking up on us. Also Mr. “Mohamed Abd AlAziz” from his House Keeping team as he did amazing job everyday to make our room very clean and cool (check the pics).

I truly enjoyed my stay, the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help and special thanks to Mr. Mostafa Selim the Housekeeping Director, whose attention to detail made a big difference. And as well to Mr. Ramadan the housekeeper and the receptionist for their warm hospitality and excellent service.

Animation for adults wasn’t the best.

Mostafa the manager for housekeeping was very helpful, amazing and understanding. Also Salah on the front desk was very kind and good listener. Will definitely keep coming back to Cancun🤍
